Yes I do. I look at my cat and I say "Omg omg little puss omg I love you so much!" then I run up to hug it and hold it like a baby.
Then I go take my estrogen and watch a hallmark movie while eating ice cream and boxed wine and crying.
After that I go to my pastel bedroom with the stuffed animals on the bed and lay down while listening to a true crime podcast. Then I go to sleep!

No when I see familiar animals usually I insult them by calling them dumb creatures and tell them I'm going to sell them at a chinese wet market, and describe exactly how long I think their meat could feed a starving Asian family.

Thankfully animals can't understand english so they don't seem too bothered. If they are a dog I then wrestle them.

Charlie jumps into my arms and wants me to carry him around. If I put him down he tries to jump back up. He also likes his belly rubbed, which a lot of cats hate. I found him when he was really tiny. I think he didn't get enough mom time. He's a year and a half old and still kneads into the blanket while making suckling motions.

Lola hates being picked up. But will tolerate it for a few seconds. She doesn't like anyone else but me so no one believes how affectionate and sweet she is. Some cats are just one person cats.
