Do you find it weird when an adult calls someone a "bully"?

Yes it sounds a bit juvenile, but I think that sort of highlights the point. Bullying is childish behavior, so when you call an adult a bully, it's meant to say something about them, not you.

I think calling someone a bully is fine, accusing someone of bullying is ridiculous. Any sort of disagreement with someone can be seen as bullying. Any sort of criticism can be seen as bullying. The French Revolution was weaponized bullying against the upper classes. The founding fathers bullied King George because they were alt-right libertarians. Anyone who accuses someone of bullying for anything short of actual assault, intimidation, and threats is a Fucking child who can’t leave the middle school mindset

As a True and Honest Adult Bully, it definitely bothers me when casual jerks or people just having a bad day get grouped in with me. Being a bully takes time and commitment.

No. Workplace bullying definitely exists. Women engage in it a lot, although men often don't recognise it as such, since it doesn't take physical form.

It's one of those terms that I think is appropriate for certain scenarios, but has gotten over-used to the point where hearing it makes me immediately suspicious.
