Have you peed off anyone enough (or they just dislike you for who you are) that they physically want to harm you or blow up stuff belonging to you? Does it cause you anxiety or is every day just another day for you

Yeah, it was a dispute over a girl. I was young so I thought I was a tough guy, but in retrospect he was the type who'd sneakily kill you with a weapon and just be sent off to prison, not the kind of person you can "tough guy" your way through. Luckily he moved to another state at the time.

Just exes. And white knights who want to impress my exes and see themselves as Scott Pilgrim or something.

Some of it is deserved.

But also anyone who has ever known me intimately knows I'm a brick shithouse basketcase with PTSD and guns and an unfathomable amount of suppressed rage and I have been waiting my entire adult life for an excuse to murder someone and it probably wouldn't take a lot of instigation for me to chimp out and fishhook somebody's nose and rip it off like I'm starting a lawnmower. So they mostly just do cowardly shit from a distance like spreading lies and vandalizing stuff.

I think they think it causes me anxiety but it's just kind of annoying. Which is maybe the goal, I don't know. I'm more afraid of being goaded into doing something that puts me in prison or forfeits my 2A rights.

I've made a couple of enemies through work. Mostly people who resent me for being good at what I do because it shows them up for sucking/being lazy/misrepresenting their skill set.

It's a fairly common phenomenon in most skilled job environments, as I understand it; especially tech. What can you do. It's not my fault if other people are stupid.
