I'm talking like a good, hearty chowder with potatoes, onions caramelized in rendered salt pork, a bay leaf and chives and other herbs with a nice heavy cream and fish stock. Seasoned with salt and white pepper. Flaky steamed haddock on top.
Would you put corn niblets in it?
