Does a lolcow thread still count as Halal if you discovered they were active on KF before working on the thread? - Rare semi-serious question for once

I'm gonna keep this vague as I don't wanna risk spooking said person and them DFE-ing before I finish the thread, but pretty much what the title says.

I've been working on a new thread for a lolcow who's primarily active on Twitter and was basing most of the OP on their Twitter activity. While working on the thread, I discovered that said person was actually active on KF 2-3 years ago, because they actually signed up with the exact same username they used on other sites. While they only made a handful of posts and have long since left KF, it looks like they were largely ignored. Without revealing who it is, I can say with 100% certainty that said KF user is the same lolcow.

So my question is this: Does it still count as a Halal? Because while I didn't find out the user was on KF until years later, they were indeed active here at one point.

Yes unless the court can prove that you knew beforehand, gotta be careful or you can end up having issues with the interpol.

I'm almost positive not. I believe the halal label is intended for those who are getting attention specifically for their spastic use of the site itself.
It's kind of like a Kiwi callout thread, but that sounds really gay so nobody refers to it like that.
