Does anything last forever?

Not really, no. You can be very literal in the "Nothing lasts forever" part and emphasize nothing, as in the only thing that may possibly be able to last forever is the absence of a thing. There is a problem however, in that at least for how physics is currently understood there are subatomic particles coming into and out of existence constantly. In a weird way that means that not even nothing will last forever.

There are weird concepts for things that will outlast all of the stars, one being "iron stars" but even those are theorized to not last forever. Black holes are also suspected to evaporate over time although they evaporate exponentially slower the more massive they are.
