Consider this: men don't actually like female bodybuilders and women don't actually like bodybuilders. The actual demographic that like bodybuilders are homosexuals (of both gender) and bodybuilders themselves. So the act of packing on muscle is not really for attracting attention from the opposite sex.

Chances are you're going to spend hours looking at muscular shirtless men on Instagram as body goals. While you're not wanking off to them, looking at oiled up men posing every single day feels pretty gay.

Once you get big and feel the insatiable urge to expose yourself that hits every aspiring bodybuilder as soon as they get some level of gains you're going to be joining in showing off your half naked body online for appreciation. If you have friends that's into the same stuff as you, trading questionable pictures of yourself becomes common.

It gets even worse when you start pinning. The increased libido from whatever gear you're injecting is giving you funny thoughts and you start to feel the urge to have someone, anyone, come and worship your body. It isn't strictly gay to have someone of the same gender as you run their hands all over you and appreciate how big you are, but it feels gay.

Either way you're straight and heterosexual until you have sex with someone of the same gender. So you can argue that none of the above is homosexual.

I'm not sure even lesbians like the look of female bodybuilders.

Tren apparently does make people gay in the same way meth makes some people gay, fucks with the dopamine response and somehow leads to gay thoughts.

There are many cases but to my knowledge it has never been studied, probably because studying why using tren or meth seems to make previously heterosexual people become faggots opens up a lot of questions about the nature of homosexuality and whether it is natural, and if a straght person can be made to become gay from certain substances could gays been converted into straights?

I have a sneaking suspicion most women will choose to sleep with a body builder over a guy who has the attitude, "aschually I don't work out because it's gay to have muscles and an interest in you're physical appearance."
Absoltuely, pretending not to like fit guys and to prefer "dad bods" is a pysop of some kind. Create a dating profile with a jacked guy vs "dad bod" guy with similar facial aesthetics and it's clear which type women actually prefer despite what they say.

It's called "butch lesbian" I think. For me the more I pin the gayer my thoughts and the gayer my behaviour.
I always pictured "butch lesbians" as thick and looking like truckers but not really specifically jacked, but to be fair, this is not my area.

Body positivity nonsense would play into it. For men, it’s often framed as embracing the “dad bod” which is Leonardo DiCaprio’s between acting jobs. For women, it’s Tess Holliday.

In today's world, maintaining physical fitness takes time and effort. The “dad bod” represents a compromise. An overweight or less active woman might feel intimidated by a highly fit man, as his lifestyle could pressure her to match his effort in exercise and diet — something she may not want or feel capable of.

Fit people often gravitate toward others who share their dedication, so the “dad bod” — a man who looks decent but doesn’t live at the gym — becomes a more attainable, less daunting partner. This preference can be both pragmatic and a form of coping, a way to justify not pursuing the “gym bod” ideal while still desiring it.

There's a widening gap between society’s fit and unfit. In the 1970s, the average woman was slimmer by today’s standards, making it easier for her to pair with a fit man. Back then, the muscular ideal was aspirational yet achievable. Now, the “dad bod” is often touted as the new ideal — not because it’s inherently preferred, but because it relieves pressure to maintain a fit physique in a world where the average person is increasingly overweight. Most women would still hold onto the desire for the fit, muscular partner, even as societal norms shift toward lower expectations.

It's not ipso facto gay, but serious bodybuilding goes way beyond anything you need for athletic pursuits or being attractive to the opposite sex. People are naturally gonna question your motives.

I don't think it's a psyop. To women who say that, a "dad bod" is a strong body with a healthy amount of fat (i.e. 10-20%). I totally get how that's more attractive than a roidtranny with sub-6% who weighs his fucking bowel movements and has striations on his ass.

One is a homosexual only if one is only sexually aroused by the same sex?

Yes, it does. It helps at least.

And yet the bodybuilders are all fruity weirdos with sexual problems. So even if that was the dichotomy (body builder vs. schlubby idiot who doesn't take care of his appearance at all) the body builder would be too screwed up to actually fuck, unlike the schlub, so the schlub would win out anyways.

Either way the question isn't bodybuilder vs. man who doesn't care for his appearance at all, it's bodybuilder vs. sane man who takes reasonable steps to care for his health and appearance and doesn't act like a transexual at his core.

You're supposed to look lean with acceptable body fat percentage. Max muscle + min fat roided out look appeals to nobody except other men.

Homosexuality in bodybuilding begins when you take steroids, which is the entire "sport".
Just stick to calisthenics and lifting weights like a real man, and remember:

Bodybuilding is gay. You get on stage in a speedo and other men rate your body. Most bodybuilders have sucked dick for roids. Furthermore, roid heads have a habit of trooning out, like Matt Kroczaleski. Bodybuilding is the gayest sport, even gayer than Soccer.

There is nothing wrong with lifting, getting jacked, and maintaining a decent physique. It aids with overall health and longevity. It doesn't when you are pumping yourself with chemicals made in a bathtub from a former Warsaw pact nation.

Body building forums have been full of guys complaining about how they can't get women for decades. Guys who spend all their time in a gym talk about how the only attention they get is from gay men.

Just look at male strippers. It's been said for decades they are fags and it's 100% right. Most women have no interest in muscular men. Anyone who tells you to get a job and go to the gym is a Boomer tier faggot. They setting you up to be a beta pay pig provider.
