So I preordered the game and played it a bit yesterday. I thought I remembered the controls but I didn’t remember them nearly well enough. The only gripe I have right now is when fighting the computer, I’ve had a couple moments where the character just stops doing stuff. Maybe they’re waiting for me but I was able to get pretty close up to a guy once. I beam struggled as Broly Z against Broly Super and it was rad. Story mode’s pretty good so far. I thought I was on the Krillin dying against Vegeta route but instead it was Goku, Piccolo, and Tenshinhan ganging up on Vegeta and stomping his shit in.

Haven't played much of it yet, but Sparking Zero's fairly decent so far. It can be fairly unforgiving in some story fights and definitely won't let you go on autopilot and mash to victory.
 
Sparking's Encyclopedia Mode got a Real Housewives of West City upgrade!

Tree of Might is a certified hood classic! I was very impressed with the choreography and final fight that felt like a Mexican standoff!

I'm already seeing dipshits bitching about a fucking Budokai Tenkaichi game locking content behind beating challenging missions. Real Dragon Ball fans beat Raditz and Great Ape Vegeta with ultimate spam and sparking combo lock cheese, like men!

It's suicide to fight up close until you've locked in and fully understand the controls. Like you said, just charge to sparking and throw super kamehameas at the cunt until he falls down.

I feel like Rhymestyle is the only person actually good at BT while the other two, much as I enjoy their content, just had a passing interesting in it and mainly played other games. Would explain how good Rhyme is compared to them, I mean fuck me he's third place with a 95% WINRATE GOD DAMN! I mean to be fair he has been playing BT4 for a while leading up to Sparking as well as getting early access even before the public early access so it's no wonder. The only reason the other two are higher is simply because they have more matches.

Oh shit Cyrus? I haven't seen you in quite a while. Anyway, fair enough. Only time will tell, she is a woman so it might be harder. Then again Amy Hennig is a living example of "even if you're a woman you're aren't safe." Then again then again I doubt many normies ever heard of her to begin with, Stephanie is the voice of the main character (as a kid but this is going to be Dragon Ball²) so it'll certainly be harder than the guy ho voiced what was originally a non-canon badass (among many other iconic non-Dragon Ball characters). If she's not a christian, the thing these creatures hate, then even more unlikely. Not to mention she's not exactly as...well known in the voice acting scene as Vic was, I would name examples but his Filmography is worth looking at in its entirety. If we're talking about jealousy in the voice acting world, compared to Vic Stephanie has nothing to really worry about so long as she keeps her head down. Only time will tell and I hope I'm right but these...people are unpredictable.

Okay, the Custom Battle dialogue filter/search system is a fucking shit show. Nothing is alphabetized, character names aren't even ordered by relation/groups or anything (or prioritized by which character's you've got in the scene), and you don't even have a search bar to hunt down anything specific. Takes me two minutes to find a name.

I can't find 'Monkey' anywhere, so I've settled for just spamming 'Great Ape' where I can instead...
