In the end the thing that kept Elliot from getting laid was his sheer autism and narcissism. throwing coffee on girls for not talking to him, expecting 10 out of 10 blonde women to approach a manlet eurasian who looks 15. Kid was just delusional, totally delusional. His parents needed to step the fuck into his life and help him he was very mentally ill and they let him stew in isolation which pushed him further into his hate of women and mental state. He should have been on heavy medication and seeing a therapist. His parents simply did not give a shit.

His manifesto is funny as fuck though you should really read it if you are interested in him like I am. So many great moments in there from coffee throwing to getting his leg broken by Chad when he tried to pick a fight or him throwing literal tantrums when he was in his late teens early 20s over shit his parents did

Oh man, slight powerlevel but I actually know someone who unironically said that he read the Manifesto and thought Elliot was right. I keep tabs on him to see whether or not he's a danger to society.

It's weird that Elliot seemed to have some oedipal complex mixed in with his other issues considering that he only talked about the 10/10 big boob blonde types. But then again it is Elliot.

I have read the manifesto, and I have to say, that he is unique in the fact that he seems more relatable than other killers. I certainly don't agree with what he did, but on a certain level, one can sympathize with him. That's why I think he has the number of fans that he does, despite his crimes. Southern California celebrity culture seriously fed into his ego and narcissism, and being surrounded with fame, wealth, and glamour all the time undoubtedly had an effect on him. Of course, he already had issues, but I'm sure that his parents and surroundings exacerbated his narcissism and entitlement much, much more. Neither of them certainly knew anything about laying down the law and didn't teach him how to deal with frustration or not getting what he wants in life. I had pretty strict parents in comparison to him, and maybe he could have used just a little of that. It is possible to overdo it in either direction.

His overall obsession with becoming popular and wanting to score with 10/10 blondes like what he thought the "obnoxious brutes" were doing 24/7 is what I feel really brought him down. If anything, I think he was in denial that he wanted to be those "obnoxious brutes" and hated himself for it. I'm kind of iffy on the autism diagnosis, I'm not sure if there's any solid proof of it. But being raised in an environment that caters to one's entitlement and self-importance, after all, his parents gave him almost anything he wanted, definitely played a part in this whole mess.

His inability to attract women is not unique though, it is merely the cherry on top of the shit sundae that is Elliot. I think he realized on some level that it was never going to happen for him, despite that old and tired societal meme about there being "someone for everyone."

His step mom Soumaya tried to call him out on this stuff but his fucking parents took his side and babied the little egomaniac and created what he became. Some emails were leaked recently and really shed some light on how his mom and dad treated him like royalty and never said no. even in his manifesto he cried when he didn't get the room he wanted in one of their new houses and his parents caved in and gave it to him. They never set boundaries or enforced rules enough with him. Someone needed to step in and say "No Elliot, you can't have that" something to that effect. I think that reinforced the idea he was some kind of supreme god in his head.

Elliot never saw Soumaya as "his real mom" I'm sure. That probably didn't help much of anything. If you read the leaked emails you will also see that Elliot's mom Chin fed a lot of his delusions about Soumaya and, well, life in general. Mumkey Jones makes a good case for Elliot having been used as a pawn in some kind of endless fight between his parents.

Elliot was definitely not told no enough times by his parents, and they even pulled him out of school due to his whining. If I tried to pull that they would have said "Fuck you you're going to school anyway." To be fair, American public schools are trash and full of bullies and scumbags, but Elliot even did this at private schools if I remember correctly. Just because some of them were taller, if nothing else.

I knew a kid whom Elliot reminds me of, I might have to tell that story later.

Chin stopped Elliot from getting the reality check he needed and helped feed the delusions. It's not like his parents didn't know he was mentally unstable. He was moved from school to school as a kid and broke down crying over not getting a girl in his late teens. He was throwing hot coffee on people, stalking women, getting in fights at partys and what did Chen and his dad do? Gave him a BMW and an apartment so he could isolate himself further from other people. Fucking morons. He was also playing 12 hours of WoW a day when he was preteen and teen which just made things worse.

Does anyone know where the anime series of Elliot Rodger by Mumkey Jones is?
I see a lot of people commenting about it on YouTube but it seems the creator got banned.

One thing in his manifesto that stood out to me was that he had a very autistic (in the literal sense) understanding of social status. He understood that people organize themselves into hierarchies and in fact he constantly sperged about power and status while he was alive, but he only seemed capable of seeing very superficial status signals. Stuff like wearing expensive clothes or having a flash car, as opposed to more subtle and much more important things like having a sense of humor or a work ethic. Like I remember one part specifically where he complains about some other guy having a hot gf despite being less white than him and having a worse car. Being a SoCal rich kid probably had a lot to do with the way he turned out too.

Elliott Rodger.
An interesting character. While his nurture was a big cause to Elliott's downward spiral, I however feel he probably would of turned out the same regardless.

I'm sure he finally got laid in Hell after Cho got finished sodomizing Randy Stair and taking his sloppy seconds.

Besides his idea of wearing expensive clothes was like dressing like a 40 year old Iranian, if he just copied how the fuerdai Chinese students dress ie putting a bunch of random hypebeast brands on all at once he could have probably scored a Chinese chick since he was half Chink himself, but he was probably one of those "swag is for boys, class is for gentlemen" type dudes so instead he died a virgin.
