July 2015: Junius writes an article about some nobody called Vordak, article goes unnoticed for about a year.

April 2016: Likeicare and Null swing by to start editing the article.

Null also shows up on EDF to post screencaps and try to get people interested in his personal feud. Nobody pays any attention, he ends up getting some free legal advice and called a faggot.

This thread plays through for about a month, bunch of caps and legal notices and other shit.

Sometime around mid-May Vordrak figured out who owns ED and starts spamming his inbox and phone (easy to find information) telling ED to take down the shit Likeicare/Null/Dynastia wrote about him being a pedophile. After awhile Z just gave up and removed it because dude was annoying as hell.

Likeicare immediately reverts his edits, because that's what Likeicare does

About a month later, a thousand emails nobody responded to, a hundred phone calls that went unanswered, and a lawsuit that eventually fucked Dynastia right up the ass, Z had enough and just flushed the article.

But then he restored it a week later, minus the pedophile accusations.

And that's it. There's screencaps of emails and whatnot but they don't serve much purpose to post, nor do they belong to me.

The part I don't like is how badly Dynastia got thrown under the bus over this. He really didn't write anything on the article but ended up swallowing a $20,000 judgement in UK courts. I'd tell Null he should be responsible for paying that legal bill (assuming it ever reaches the defendant), but an unemployed American porker living on Banana Island could never afford a fraction of that judgement so what's the point.

The reality is maybe 5 people on ED even know who Vordrak is.

My original criticism was simple: Now that Encyclopedia Dramatica's root financier has been doxed, he easily has something to lose and any person with that same information to hold over his head can get any article tweaked any way he wants. This is objectively true, and Vordrak managed to do exactly this. If any other person found this, they could do the same. I could do the same right now. Even @LikeicareKF admits this is a fair criticism. You, for some reason, cannot. This is why I think you don't even know why the article got pulled to begin with. You genuinely think that bullshit default settlement in England's kangaroo libel court is what twisted Zaiger's nipples.


I don't really have anything else to add to this since you've crumpled to "kill urself" comments, but I'll give you a word of warning. Samuel Collingwood Smith recently deleted a comment from his blog where Oliver Smith posted dox of @LulzKiller and said to hold on and not go after Encyclopedia Dramatica "yet".

While Sam is currently content that you've removed the portion of the article that has pedophilia remarks, he's not content that it exists -- just preoccupied. If I go down, he has dox on Zaiger, LulzKiller, LikeICare, and probably more. At least two of those people have something(s) very precious to lose. The other is young and likely lives with family. His motivation for these attacks are now to found himself a career. He wants to say he was the guy who put an end to the Kiwi Farms. He wants to say he was the guy who put an end to Encyclopedia Dramatica. He'll sell himself as a defamation or libel solicitor, and with all that nasty info about him expunged from the web, he'll have better odds at succeeding when trying to get into a law firm.

So you can talk all the shit you want about me and my kiwi webzone, but my lack of money, children, family, and other assets combined with my utter dedication to freedom of speech is the dam holding back this shit from crashing on your head at the moment.
