Deadman doesn't do something to Ethan Ralph through lawyerly channels because his hands are tied without that voice mail. If it exists, cps simply doesn't turn over that voice mail because it opens them to wrongful dismissal liability and they can dig up something over 7 years of meticulously recorded work that often ends up in legal proceedings to point at as his real cause of dismissal, if in fact Deadman was gunted. Or they slowball it until his lawyer asks for some money to pay for all the lawyering.

Government agencies typically do not fire without a boatload of supporting documentation or public outcry. Whatever reason he was given, I also expect he was shown a pile of papers backing it up
True. But again, maybe this is just me, but why wouldn't he try? If he is as vengeful as he is, why wouldn't he put in the effort? Fuck, Tomlinson put in the effort to try and get the Cloudflare shit even though he didn't get it and probably has less a cause for action than Deadman (allegedly) has. Even Melinda and Shitlips put in the effort and they have just about no cause for action. Again, I could be wrong, and maybe someone can explain it to me in a manner that I, a retarded faggot, can understand. I'm just saying something here stinks. And it may just be that Deadman is retarded.

Tomlinson burned through 130k of other people's money before they stopped paying and Fatrick gave up without even getting ip addresses in discovery. Melinda and shitlips (I think) have tested positive for poverty and get to file horseshit for free or get a benefactor paying for the lawyer and only succeed when Josh fails to respond in a timely fashion. Deadman representing himself against Ralph is doomed to fail for lack of legal training and he won't get a do-over on the same grounds once it's done. Melinda kept getting do overs because her nonsense didn't state an actual claim

A man with a motorcycle almost certainly fails a poverty test. I cannot imagine a world where a man who claims to love his kids and spends a huge amount of money fighting an e-retard he can't recover money from out of spite. In fact, I can think of only one fat man that spiteful. That said, I would love to read through the documents in a case where two e-retards representing themselves somehow get in front of a judge

And to think, nobody would know who "Deadman" is or believe his claims if Ralph didn't conspicuously gloat about it on social media and the Killstream all night.
The first wigger commandment: always mouth off in public about your crimes, and if possible, record video evidence and post it on YouTube

I don't have much sympathy for Deadman since if you're going to involve yourself in this "sector", you absolutely must make staying anonymous your top priority to keep that boundary between the Internet and your personal life. With that being said, Ralph could potentially really screw himself if he fucked over someone who now has nothing to lose and plenty of time to call up CPS/any other local government to make Ralph's life hell.

You know, at this point with the changes to Deadman’s story, I don't want to hear the voicemail. I want to see the resignation paperwork he said was imposed on him

If he really was doing shit like streaming boku no pico, I'm not surprised he was fired. Sounds like the fact he was offered resignation means to me that he was butt buddies with his boss but eventually did so much dumb shit that his boss had to talk to him and let him go. This shits only getting mildly interesting because Deadman is a terrible liar who can't keep shit straight.

I can certainly see some reason in your thoughts on this. I would counter, though, that an initial retainer with a lawyer should be enough to have them call the ex-boss and offer to provide a signed document stating they will not pursue any litigation toward the boss or the government if they can verify existence of the tape and provide a copy. It's a win / win as it seems likely they have enough documentation that they can prove cause in court, while Deadman could obtain what he needs to pursue civil litigation against Ralph.

All of that aside, I would argue that the most effective way for Deadman to proceed if he feels slighted (I sure as shit would) would be to use all the contacts he developed over the years with the state's attorneys he's certainly had to work closely with as an investigator. Providing them clips of the threats, copies of telegram and tweets, anything him bragging about or threatening doxxing and revenge. I'm sure they will be happy to overturn the suspension and do the one thing that Ralph fears which is send him to jail.

We live in a world where many companies have a blanket "no references" policy because the risk of saying the wrong thing in that situation is too much liability for the legal team to sign off on. I do not see any former employer being willing to change the reasons for a dismissal (which was technically a resignation in this case) once the employee is out the door and hr is hovering over one shoulder and legal is over the other. An ex-boss providing contradictory information to Deadman risks summary dismissal for confidentiality reasons if they give him the voice mail without someone more important approving it

While your path forward would be effective in aylawgging, the ideal path (if the story is true) would be to forget entirely about Ethan Ralph and stream about anything else going forward. Ethan declares lifelong blood feuds and getting one over on him means dealing with him for the rest of Ethan Ralph's life

You are right. I suppose I am looking at it from the perspective of an injured party. Walking away cleanly is almost always the best option and certainly the long term smart one. I suppose that's the core difference between sane people and Ralph. They have a concept of consequences.

Based on Deadman's own comments from the stream linked above, this single call (if it happened and was used as justification) wasn't the heart of the issue.

It's clear that his online antics and writing were something of an issue to the agency well before whatever this last incident was. He also seems to have an issue with alcohol (based on his own comments) that could have been bleeding over into his work.

At this time I see nothing to indicate that this lonely phone message was responsible for his firing any more than any of his other conduct. Any money spent by him would be akin to trying to forensically reconstruct one straw on the camel's back.

I don't disagree. I'm certainly speaking from a perspective of someone enraged by an attack so personal by someone so terrible. It's certainly not the wisest course of action,. I suppose I just feel a great deal of empathy for someone attacked like that, regardless of whether they were successful or not. I certainly believe that Deadman has a lot of personal shit that was at the core of his firing. I could see that its very possible in his personal life he's struggling with a lot of demons and to have someone kick you so cruelly during that time is the type of thing that creates super villians.

All that said, if Deadman is just making all this up to try to fuck with Ralph, then full speed ahead noble ayylawg

A job with CPS or anything of that nature is going to be a civil service union job. People are not fired from such jobs without due process. I don't know how strong the Texas employee's union is relative to other states (but just confirmed it exists.) As is notorious in the case of teachers and police it is hard to fire these people without very good cause and the Gunt ranting on a voice mail is particularly not gonna be good enough especially since people in that line of work get all kinds of crazy accusations made against them as a matter of course.

For the story to play out as he alleges he would've had to either be the biggest moron ever to work a civil service job and not know his rights or the actual case against him would've been strong enough for the actual union rep to tell him he didn't have a chance and would be better off resigning. And if they told him he'd have to resign generally that would have to have been done in the presence of the union rep otherwise he would have a grievance under the contact.

The union folks know their business so this would not be happening unless there is some fire to match the smoke. Could be as simple as him having an attendance/timeliness issue or being chronically behind on paperwork. But his story as presented stinks to high heaven. I don't doubt Ralph would attempt this but I just don't see how he'd pull it off.

I think you are omitting what a pain in the dick it is to document a termination the union won't kick up a fuss about

mr. deadman’s employer was a big fan of the killstream and fired him for talking shit about ralph

Oh for sure. Even if it is a termination based on shitty time and attendance, basically the most objective criteria possible, you have to fuck up for months if not years (and possibly go through and fuck up in turn some kind of EAP program for mental health/substance abuse/whatever) to get straight up terminated under most union contracts. Deadman was definitely fucking up in other ways if the Gunt calling his work was what tipped over the edge. If it was related at all.
