It may not be as black-and-white as it appears on the surface, so I mean, we are taking this at face value (and it has merit and could certainly be true). Fuentes had little trouble throwing out Jaden McNeil, he cut ties with Baked Alaska, I mean I don't know what Ralph could have on Nick that others don't/what isn't already apparently obvious. Anyone with half a brain knows Nick's a homosexual weirdo with a cult of personality that he's growing out of because:

• Obviously he's getting older and losing touch with the zoomer crowd.
• He's not producing any real results so this "movement" is making no progress, even lateral.

He has several options of where to stream, the issue is who he has to stream too.

It's getting pretty damn obvious Nick wants him gone. So it'd make sense if he directly told Swan and others to start a campaign to just get rid of him.
