What is the meaning of life?
Why are we here?
Why do good things happen to bad people?
Why do bad things happen to good people?
Is something beautiful on its own merit, or merely because of my own perspective?

Science has done great things to describe life and show how the world works, but it has done SQUAT to address the fundamental questions that are addressed by religion. Even secular approaches to these questions fall under “ethics” and “philosophy”, which are humanities and not sciences.

It is well known that modern people's need for "security blanket" is ever greater than when everyone belonged to an organized religion. When religion became optional, very often people find worse things for their "security" needs.
 
Atheists need a lot of believes for their thinking God wouldn't exist.

The Bible is the book of all books. Not a single verse is symbolic, mistranslated or falsified by the Pope and the Catholic Church. No, everything is real.

However, many modern churches destroy the meaning of the Gospel. Many "Christian" websites too. One infamous example: the Landover Baptist Church. A site which views Christianity out of an Atheist's eyes.

It is sad that Atheists only look at what the Pope or particular sects have done.
