Anyone consider the Woke community borderline Euphoric? I mean I do. Their bitterness towards Christianity is kinda funny. They tend to share those anti-Christian memes. For example, that church shooting in Texas, they mocked it. "White mans Religion"
They may as well mock the other church shooting that had Dylann Roof. After all, that church had the "White mans Religion" despite being a black church.

There was this old German guy a while back who posted to r/Atheism, under the username NukeThePope, and would constantly post grade-A euphoric shit. His account has been deleted for a long time but a lot of his old posts can be found here.

Considering how well Euphorics can understand the Bible, I truly wonder if they are even capable of understanding the greater meaning of any written literature?

Euphorics pretending to know the Bible. He probably never read The Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkins were memes pass down certain attributes like how he inherits the meme of making yourself look stupid

Considering they are Atheist fundamentalist, they have about the same understanding of that book as they have the Bible. Also the dumbasses in question don't even understand the context in which Jesus was speaking about the state of the Temples in his time. I would say the same thing as Jesus if my own father's holy temples were dens of vice and sin.

Wow, what an arrogant idiot.

Jesus was addressing one's personal religious expression, as in, what you partake of privately of your own free will.

Publicly showing up for an assembly of believers so you can all worship together is another matter entirely.

And wut? Christians can't be capitalists?

Did this guy never stumble across the parable of the talents where Jesus tore a stripe off the ass of the guy who DIDN'T invest his talents?

Making a different post because it's a different topic.

I've been reading most of this thread, and I've noticed a common denominator.

Euphorics seem to be afraid of what will happen if they don't shit all over religion, and I'm not sure why.

They don't believe in God or consequences beyond the grave, so that can't be why.

Anyone who does believe in a religion hurts no one but themselves by the mere act of personal belief in a religion and its tenets, so they can't claim they are being persecuted by every religious believer on the planet.

They don't seem to think religion will ever contribute any progress to humanity, and given the prevalence of science and it's generally unfettered progression in modern day, they can't use the excuse that religion stifles said progress and be very convincing.

All I can gather is that all that really drives them is ego: they know the truth and not only are they reveling in, they must bash everyone else over the head with it or they feel the human race is fucked if they do nothing..............wait a minute, why am I getting deja vu?

But seriously, is there any other motive aside from smug feelings of superiority I'm missing here?

It's a bit of a contradiction, but I think on some level, Euphorics DO believe in an afterlife, but only to the extent that they will be able to do a victory lap around believers when everyone finds out there's no God. They absolutey want the chance to gloat about being right, even though by their own logic, they shouldn't be around to know it.

Subconsciously, they do believe in life after death.

Such a miserable creature as to want nothing but the hopes and faith of others shattered. It truly goes to show by that logic about how empty and dead they are as a person.

Also, because they don't seem to get the main anthropological point of religion: it's devised to give people a moral compass, a reason to do good and avoid doing bad. This is one of Dawkins' strong points that those militant atheists seem to miss.

Althrough I'm not religious, IMHO religion is a good thing as long as it serves to unite people and motivate them to build things and do good. If it's used to create divide and follow selfish agendas, then it's bad.
It all depends on the way one takes it.

It’s crazy how often euphoric atheists live up to their stereotypes. a good 80% of the time I meet someone outspokenly atheist they’re self righteous and dumb as rocks. too many atheists are just as bad as the zealot evangelicals that plauge PTA meetings.
