It might have been a c4-induced pressure cooker malfunction.
Seems they got someone in custody. German news outlet say one person, this outlet claims 2.
They also claim it was a pipebomb. It seems no info on victims has arrived yet, but it seems there's only a couple wounded people, hopefully that doesn't change.
