Years ago on FP the above post would have garnered the entire site's attention and everyone would have called that person a creepy weirdo.

Major spergout commencing in the Trucker thread. The language they use is histronic and hysterical. It's not sufficient to say "Nazi", it has to be "Nazi scum". It's not sufficient to say "right-wing", it's "alt-right chud bastards". Lol. These people are worse than redditors in that their lives are so miserable and they're so completely efete that they have to speak in these grandiose terms to feel better. Ironically, it was this level of hysteria that pushed me away from the left. These people will chant "my body, my choice" all fucking day long when it comes to abortion or giving 10 year olds HRT, but when you don't want an experimental vaccine? That's toooooo much.


There are studies that show when like-minded people are put into a room and told to discuss politics or the like, they rapidly evolve into extremism. All it takes is one dissenting voice to temper that phenomenon, but KO makes an active effort of silencing anyone that disagrees. These people need legitimate psychological help.

EDIT: Added pages 7 and 8. The screeching is getting louder. So hilarious that these people keep attributing the lockdown to antivaxxers rather than corporations profiting off of them.

As an aside, one of my favorite phenomena on Knockout is when a white guy does something bad, it's always about how awful whites are, but when black people do something bad, they carefully skirt around it and say "I hate people". There were a rash of threads about anti-asian attacks, but none of them wanted to talk about it was pretty much completely black men doing it.

Ah it's been too long since I saw a facepunch/knockout criminal whiteknighting post. Even back in the facepunch days I remember there was always that guy who's come into a thread about someone gunning down a bunch of school children to tell everyone what evil meanies they are for saying they wish suffering on a human bean even if said bean was a literal school shooter that mowed down a dozen ten year olds.

I love the irony of how they treat people of different races differently, you know, to make sure they're not being racist. Totally circular logic.

Ironically, the Truckers do bully out Nazi flags (that weirdly cover their faces, curious), while most left wing protests fail to kick out pedo activists, Marxist-Leninists, anti-Israel people that go too far into antisemitism and violent schizos like Rosenbaum.

I mean my point is that they actively just draw more attention to the side they don't like by whinging about Joe Rogan, and thus ultimately make it worse for themselves than if they just let Joe do his thing. I know why they whinge about them, but they're idiots because all they're doing is pushing people, probably also Rogan himself, to the right.

Holy shit I'm the same way, I was on facepunch for years too, 2009 to mid 2016 I think as I remember joining to watch rp_evocity2 get made, looking at knockout last year to see how it was it is so disgustingly leftist and progressive I couldn't stand reading more than 10 posts.

Speaking of Evo City 2 (the most overhyped map at the time) the moment the map was released everyone dogpiled the creator as he revealed he discovered a console command that fixed a fatal bug that made hundreds of classic gmod maps crash on load (something about chunk overflow iirc) when the engine was updated to Episode 2's version, and kept it secret from the community until he released his map because it was necessary to run it.

Edit: Oh yeah it's Hunk Engine Overflow, the console command is +r_hunkalloclightmaps 0 which was later made default on gmod.

Van Darkholme said it perfectly on a Twitch stream. Racism is when you treat people of a race other than your own differently. Knockout, by treating other races better than their own race, are racist. But they'll of course use mental gymnastics to deny this.

Evocity 2 had its perks. It was great for like pulsar effect's PERP, but failed at anything more intensive. It was just waaay too large for shit like darkrp if you were using a potato.

I don't think it's so much being large but the layout being awful to accommodate Source Engine's god awful map size limitations where you only get 2,000 feet to work with in any direction.
