I'm in a similar position. I joined FP in 2009 at the age of 12 and didn't really see any of the weird shit, I hung out in LMAO pics and just wanted to talk about Gmod and TF2. Wholesome shit. Made a few friends on there, slowly stopped using it regularly, came back around 2016 when shit started getting weird. I'm just glad that I don't have enough latent mental illness to be convinced to change my gender. It makes me feel fucking sick when people in the transitioning thread talk about how others on KO convinced them that they were trans.
