It's really a shame to see what happened to this site. Facepunch always had a slightly snobby atmosphere to it but the TF2 board was at least halfway decent. Granted, I only went there about once a month, so maybe I didn't see its bad side. Knockout is just a whole other beast. I first became aware of the forum when a user went there to cry about some of the chill moderators on a server I frequented being "evil right wingers" or some shit. Cue the server owners going into a frenzy to appease these people, banning said moderators and swiftly replacing them with leftoid jannies.

I think the thing that struck me the most was just how many of their users had furry avatars, pride flags, or both. It had to be at least 50% of the userbase. I think that speaks volumes.

They really should have known kiwifarms would be back. This isn't even the first time Kiwifarms got taken down temporarily and I'm pretty sure I recall them all saying the same shit back then.

Okay holy shit we're back. The Kiwifarms thread has been rich with kvetching under the assumption we'd never be back. My favorite thing about their bitching is that they imply that somehow we're literal online terrorists, when in reality we're just a compendium of their words and their deeds. It's funny because my experience was the exact opposite. I was tolerant and arguably even an ally to troon shit up until about 2018, when I had dealt with them enough, both online and at work/school that I came to fucking hate them. It sucks because most of the time I think, "wow, I've never unilaterally hated a group so much in my life. Am I in the wrong?" and then I encounter some other bullshit like Keffals sending hormones to kids, KO supporting said hormones for children and banning anyone who disagrees, to interacting with Amitabho Chattopadhyay (who funnily enough, has a thread here) who is one of the most disgusting people I've ever met, I just keep having it validated. No Emperor Scorpious, it's the opposite. Exposure to troons just makes you hate troons even more.

I don't think tolerance can survive contact with trannies, they're too nutty. The fact that almost every single one you'll ever meet is a politisperge communist really puts the final nail into the coffin that is any semblance of trannies being normal people.
