FARK was originally launched in 1999 by Drew Curtis as a news aggregate and social networking site. It was originally intended as a "weird news" site, and still is to some extent.
The problem is the Politics Tab.

I think FARK is prime territory to obtain laughs, either from the angry commentators whining about how anyone with views that don't align with theirs are crossburning gun clutching hicks, or by trolling said angry commentators.

Note: Scalia was not a "strict constructionist." Nobody of that description is on the Court.

Difference between FARK's decline into A-Loggy liberalism and SomethingAwful's decline into cuckery is at least four or five regulars on SomethingAwful tried not to shit a thread up; the only exception (not correlating to discussion) being they grew a spine eventually and left for better discussion boards. Optimistic as that may be, FARK's situation will never be funny in any context. At least; no one on FARK will ever tune in with a little less sanctimoniously.

Question my humor, if you must, call it salt for SA going to shit, but I find nothing about Fark's discussion boards quality.
