Women have no place in field law enforcement. When I was younger I assumed a woman of sufficient character could be in patrol law enforcement, I was wrong. Primarily you have women hesitating to use lethal force and panicking this often followed by a scream and retreat, beyond that you have male suspects simply not giving respect to women officers. Try and tell a 240lb nigger who just got done beating his wife half to death for running her mouth that the woman officer who knocked on his door is to be respected or even listened too. I think the worst recent case was 4 female officers failing to subdue one single male suspect, it was viral video that brought this debate back into the foreground. Women lack the nerve to handle anything requiring lethal force and quite frankly I find the amount of female police officers engaging in domestic violence in their own lives to be very high. I only knew one woman who wanted to be law enforcement and she was without a doubt the biggest sociopath I had ever met in my life; she caught a restraining order that kept her away from a gun and badge, god only knows what horrible things she would be doing with that kind of authority. I think women officers have use in dealing with specific victims, battered women, sex workers and children, they should never be allowed to work alone in the field even strictly as detectives. Diversity hires are always, ALWAYS a mistake, they usually embarrass the organization they are hired on very quickly.
