I realized other races experience the "they all look the same" phenomenon because at least half a dozen black, brown and asian people have separately told me I look like Jax from Sons of Anarchy but white people say shit like Adam Driver or the guy from Nickelback.

I don't quite understand why, since there don't seem to be a lot of character similarities. I'm guessing it's mostly just about being a penguin? The whole thing seems pretty offensive but I guess I can't blame people for thinking we all look the same.

My grandmother thought I looked like Kellie Martin. She played the sister on Life Goes On. My mom thought I looked like Pauly Perette from NCIS. Yeah. I don't know what people are seeing that I'm not.
