Also, 800 Bullets (2002), Fat Girl (2001), 1900 (1976), Friends (1971), Blue Lagoon (1980), Ripe (1996), Beau Pere (1981), Fast Times At Ridgemont High (1982), Paul and Michelle (1974), Melody (1971) and A Little Romance (1979) also contain nude/sexualized depictions of minors/adults acting as minors and minors in sexual situations, although I'm not sure if they are/were banned.

I don't know of any other reason a movie would be banned, honestly. I remember that documentary about Hillary Clinton during her 2008 presidential campaign that got banned under the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act. But I don't know if that counts.
