Is there a free PDF editor out there that isn't freeware / adware / freemium garbage? Literally all I need to do is fill in forms. I want to he able to do this on my PC.

There is no fucking way Im paying the kikes at Adobe $20 for their shitty software.

Foxit has a Free version but they are very annoying about reminding you that you COULD be giving them money, so I've stopped using it.

Assuming you're on Windows, SumatraPDF as featured in a previous post did the job fairly well for me back when I was on that.

If the .pdf was created using Microsoft Word, you can try and open it with Word, you may have to manually make some few fixes because going from .pdf to .docx usually fucks some parts.

Download NAPS32, export PDF to JPG, draw on it, save, export as PDF again. Wah-la Voilà.

You can try the PDF file in Chrome or Firefox. I think they support PDF forms.
