Do Toei really hate DBZA? Is there a source to verify this?

The only time I've heard of that happening was when some Bill Baggs made a company called Bill & Ben Video to make a series of movies called "The Stranger" followed by a audio drama called "Audio Adventures through Time and Space" to ape on the fame of "Doctor Who" as the BBC canceled it at the time because BBC's staff were embarrassed by the show's style.
The demand for BBV's products faded once a new "Doctor Who" show entered production in the 2000s, which is still going on now and does contain some of BBV's acting crew to replace those that have either passed on, or that BBC couldn't get back while other BBV employees (except for Bill Baggs) had experience to work elsewhere.
As for Bill Baggs, he wasn't able to land a job with BBC on the "Doctor Who" series as soon as he put out "The Stranger" or "Audio Adventures through Time and Space" (the latter got him one Cease & Desist from BBC for a thinly veiled attempt at copying "Doctor Who"'s format to the point that he actually used trademarks he didn't have license to). Bill Baggs was last seen getting into "energy healing" whatever that is.

I'm going to parrot everyone else here and say that the leaked audio itself doesn't "offend" me. If anything, the attempts at humor are pretty lame and unfunny. The only one that has made me laugh is the "my son's a fag" one, and that's because people have been perfectly editing their own videos with it.

The only reason I have any passing interest in Dragon Ball as an adult is because of DBZA bringing the show back to my attention. And the only thing keeping me from buying the full set of shows on DVD is that I know Toei keeps jerking TFS around. It's not even that I like TFS that much, I just dislike what Toei is doing/has done that much more.
