They are always planted even during that time. The highest bidder gets the best coverage from transfer dramas as well
That's why you never read the rumors as they are. You always try and figure out who wants people to know this information and why they want you to know that information
If Arsenal doesn't reach at least the semi final they should get automatically disqualified from the Prem League.

Why do you hate me so?

Because you are DSP's tax lawyer.

Seriously tho. Leverkusen? Is in shambles right now. Sporting (ca 450 mil EUR) and Bodo (ca 60 mil EUR) combined don't even match half of what's Arsenal's squad is (allegedly 1.5 billions). If you can't beat any of those two clubs in a two-match-round you deserve to be mocked eternally. That's the rules. I didn't make them but that's the rules.

I'm going to root for any club that isn't a) British b) Real Madrid c) FC Barcelona or d) P$G and I'll only root a little bit for FC Bayern bc any success they have will help our league. I feel dirty for saying that I root for FC Bayern but that's modern football. I shall take a shower now.

FC Bayern just beat Dortmund 3:2 and won Bundesliga for the 34th time. So for the rest of the season we all can now stop pretending to care about who becomes champions and solely focus on the relegation battle and pray that Wolfsburg finally bites the dust and goes back down to 2. Bundesliga.

About a week on from us shitting on Yamal, he goes out and scores his first professional hat-trick and has one of his best games in a Barca kit. Still think his body language kinda sucks but at least I got to witness history, so that's cool lol.

Arsenal Sporting would be such a though battle. Amorim used to say that Sporting CB Diomande and Gyokeres couldnt train on opposite teams because they’d always end up sparking conflict

What's going on the Netherlands?

Right now PSV has a s e v e n t e e n point lead. Sure, it could be "only" 14 should Feyenoord win their match but you can slap at least another point on PSV's lead bc of the goal difference (21 goals more on the plus side for PSV).

That league is dead.

Some updates for everyone as the weekend is over and we need to have some updates

-With the Fulham win and Arsenal win, March 1st is St Totteringham day today. This beats the previous earliest date of March 9th 2008. While a bunch of people keep saying Tottenham won't go down, I would disagree with that notion. They are 4 points away from relegation and if Leeds and even Crystal Palace are in this battle, then so are they. If only Burnley managed to get a draw against Brentford, this would be really fun.

Spurs remaining games
-Crystal Palace at home. Relegation scrap for sure
-At Liverpool. This could be the game that Spurs win for some reason but Liverpool are chasing Europe and Champions League so they will go balls to the wall here
-Forest at home. Another relegation scrap. Forest might even close the gap or be ahead of spurs at this point, so it should be fun
-At Sunderland. Not a great place to have to go and play considering Sunderland's form at home this year
-Brighton at home. Might be a game they can win but Brighton can pull something out of their ass occasionally
-At Wolves. Wolves playing like a completely different team right now might pull a result out here.
-At Aston Villa. Team chasing Europe and Champions League would definitely want a win here
-Leeds at home. Relegation scrap for sure
-At Chelsea. Definitely chasing Europe, especially second to last match game. Could easily see Chelsea winning this
-Everton at home. I have to imagine this is where they pick up 3 points. Everton will probably be out of the running for anything and be solidly mid table by this point

How many points do Spurs pick up over the remainder of the season? I would say 5 but who knows. That would put them on 34, which might not get them safety

-With the 2-2 draw, Hearts maintain a 6 point lead at the top of the table with their 1-0 win against Aberdeen. Motherwell is now 2 points back of Celtic in 3rd place, so its funny to see another contender enter the scrum.
-Hearts do not play Celtic or Rangers for the rest of the group stages. The toughest opponent they have is Motherwell, while the other 3 are at the bottom of the table. Then there will be a split, which means Hearts will end up playing Celtic, Rangers, Motherwell, and most likely Hibernian and Falkirk. Can't see Dundee united making up that 12 point gap

-Marseille won the Olimpique derby beating Lyon 3-2. That now closes the gap Marseille have from 5 to 2 points for the third place race. PSG won 1-0 and Lens tied, leaving a 4 point gap at the top with 10 games to go. League is probably done unless Lens keep it under 5 points. They do host PSG on the 12th of April

-Madrid play Getafe tomorrow, so we will see if they can keep pace with Barca at the top. Otherwise Atletico took advantage of Barca winning to jump back to 3rd (tied right now). Atletico still have to play at Real and home to Barca this year and close out at Villareal. Villareal have already played their second games against Real and Barcelona so that race for 3rd might be a little more interesting than the race for the title.

-Bundesliga is over, go home

-Inter and AC Milan won to keep the top of the table looking insane. Napoli also won which helped them jump in front of Roma who tied 3-3 with juve. Como are holding on to a European place right now with only Atalanta challenging for it. Fiorentina have climbed out of the relegation zone and are above Cremonese and Lecce by goal differential, which is way better than they were before

-Swiss League (I know, sorry) Thun won 2-1 over Luzern who are in the relegation zone (will explain later). This puts Thun, who were promoted last year, in first by 14 points with 6 games to go before the split. Something fun to keep an eye on.

-In Poland (last one I swear), There is about 11-12 games remaining. Jagiellonia Bialystok tied Legia Warsaw last which leaves them tied at the top on 38 points. Legia Warsaw is currently in a relegation battle and on, I kid you not, 25 points. The gap between first and last place in this 18 team league is 16 points. Look at this fucking table.

What kind of self respecting Rangers player would toot that ass for the assistant referee like this for a damn boot check? Current Year FC at it again.

Game ended in a 2-2 draw with Hearts maintaining a 6 point lead at the top of the table, with Celtic being 8 points behind with a game in hand.
It’s a nice arse, though. You can’t blame him.

Celtic are a fucking disaster this season. Jambos deserve the title for sure. It’d be nice to have a more competitive Cinch, anyway.

I just gotta say that Spanish football is embarrassing when it comes to the play acting. Incredibly effeminate footballing culture.

edit: I come bearing good news from S-ponnia!

Chalk another one up for the good guys (anybody but Real Madrid). Spanish powerhouse Getafe beat Loss Merenguetards 1-0 at the Boredebeau.

They're POINT-LESS
Their winger is a MONKEY
Dani Carvajal is OLD

¡¡¡¡¡¡WHOOOOOOOOAAAAAAA AMIGOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

@DSP's Tax Lawyer i disagree with spurs going down because west hams games are infinitely harder and can't see them catching spurs.

Fulham away
City away
Villa home
Wolves home
Palace home
Everton away
Brentford away
Arsenal home
New castle away
Leeds home

I just can't see west ham picking up enough points to get out of relegation from this.

losing to getafe at home is insane for a team of real's caliber. the ucl is coming up too and their opponents are a slightly rejuvenated man city..

just focus on next season at this point, a rebuild is massively needed.

Huge news in Brazil: After losing the Intercontinental Cup to PSG, the Brazilian Super Cup to Corinthians, and Recopa Sud Americana to Lanús, Flamengo has officially sacked their coach Filipe Luís.

Last year he drove the team to their most successful season since 2019… and now he is shown the door just like that.
