Edit to avoid double post: It looks like Pogba may have already signed his contract with Juventus but it won't be announced until next month.

In other Juventus news, all the big clubs are looking to buy Matthijs De Ligt. Imo, he's currently the best player in Serie A and would slot right into the starting 11 of any top club. Currently Chelsea is leading the race with Madrid, City, United and PSG also in the running. He's leaving cause he's not convinced by the direction of the sporting project, not for more money. Way to go Allegri, you massive cunt.

Second Edit: Please let this be a thing that happens. Allegri meeting with the new sporting director of PSG. I know they're dumb...but they can't be that dumb. Can they?

At this point there's no excuse, glorified friendly or not losing 4-0 at home to give England their worst home defeat since 1928 to a team that's around 30 places below them in the rankings is a sackable offence at least twice over.

Southgate should be shown the door but the English FA have no balls whatsoever.

Getting the England job is less about who's the best man for the job and more about who will cause the least PR problems. Wokegate can lose 5-0 to Zimbabwe and it won't make a difference because he's a good little woke boy in pressers.

It does make me shake my head thinking of old pros who had to put up with horrific abuse from fans and even other players back in the day having to look at these faggots who cry when some random shit poster sends them a banana emoji on twitter.

This is why I don't feel guilty about not supporting them, despite being English. They're a PR exercise first, and a football team second.
 
I am catching up some football podcasts that I missed in the last 2-3 weeks and in one of them they were talking about Netherlands 2. Division (Eerste Divisie / Keuken Kampioen Divisie). It looks like the Dutch are going to test some new rules there in the next season.

The only real source I found was an article on this one on Watson.ch (it's in German) and a blog from the KNVB (in Dutch).

- No throw-ins anymore. Instead the player can pass the ball or start dribbling.
- Free kicks: Dribbling right from the point is allowed now too
- 5 min time sentence for a yellow card
- Substitutions: no limits and whenever a team wants
- 2x 30min instead of 2x45min; clock will be stopped when there is a foul, free kick, etc which means no extra time anymore
