I remember last world cup when Mexican fans were chanting anti-gay slurs at the German goalkeeper. I think he said some pro-rainbow shit in the past and also kind of looks like a faggot. It was so fun taking the piss out of my left leaning colleagues, since immigration from Mexico to America was a big issue at the time. I would say shit like 'you guys are right, Mexicans are based. we should let them all in'. Now it's pretty much the same thing but with Arabs against gays. The way much of the world unites against the alphabet agenda is actually kind of beautiful.

Like @Hüftpriester pointed out, Spain probably should have beaten Italy in the semis for the Euros last year. Most of this Spain team is young so another year to get better makes them so much deadlier. I figured they were like 4th in line to win this tournament and they might move up to second at this point
Sure, Pedri and Gavi are better now and will keep getting better but they were good enough in 2021 to beat Italy. They just had no clinical finishers. I remember that guy Olmo in particular, thinking at one point how does this guy not have like 4 goals?

I could see them running into trouble against stronger teams but their attack seems a lot better now. Ferran Torres is a tricky player who's had some brilliant moments in limited appearances at Milan this year. Asensio seems to be playing with a chip on his shoulder, his goal today was impressive. Then you have wild cards like Fati who could make an impact off the bench.

tl;dr Spain is dangerous and will probably keep getting better for the next 8 years. Pedri and Gavi have no business being this good at their age and have the potential to surpass Iniesta and Xavi. It makes Barca's financial situation even funnier. They have so many good youth players, they don't have to spend crazy money on transfers but they do anyway, in the most undignified way possible.

The whole armband drama is even more retarded bc Neuer plays for Bayern München who get a lot of Qatari cash every year. Bayern has it's own niche TV channel where several interviews with Neuer (and other Bayern players) can be found where he speaks very fondly of Qatar and how great things are.

So how serious can he -or the whole national team with all it's Bayern players (Müller, Sane, Gnabry, Kimmich, Goretzka, Musiala)- be taken with his stunning and brave statements? Yeah, right.

I'd be especially interested in the opinions of the Turkish players. I feel like there used to be more on the NT but the only one I can think of now is Gundogan. Do they really support the homosexual lifestyle? I know the Ottomon Empire has a history with lady boys but I thought modern Islam frowned upon that sort of thing.

Does anyone know the deal with those face masks some players are wearing? I saw one last night in the Croatia game and I swear there’s been a few more in other games.

Still have to see Brazil play and if Argentina bounce back but this team looks pretty solid. If Spain can solidly defeat the faggots from central europe next, then they should be really good. Idk if France will be healthy enough to beat them and if Spain can get a role, they should be solid. And yeah having Fati, Asensio, and Morata to pull off your bench with a chip on their shoulder can help them get any goal they really need if it comes down to it.

I think thats for players with a broken nose or something healing. It shouldn't give an advantage but it keeps everything in place

Yeah it's for nose/cheekbone/orbital injuries. Depending on how much it covers it can fuck with your peripheral vision so it's more of a disadvantage if anything.

Well I guess you could get the intimidation factor of the mask Lewandowski used to wear while he was healing from injury. Dude looked like he just needed to put a gimp suit on to complete the look.

I don't particularly like Qatar but all this lame ass fake "protesting" is annoying as fuck. Armbands, mouth covering, etc. If a team really believes that Qatar is awful then they shouldn't take part in the tournament. Giving up a spot in the WC would show that they actually care about this shit. But no one is gonna do that, so they should just shut up and play the game.

I know this is preaching to the choir but man has this been annoying.

The worst id denmark and their uniform.

Also cameroon please score and finish 1x1, it would make me very happy

Berhalter said Reyna didn't play against Wales because of a "coaching decision". If Reyna doesn't start against England I'm going to have an aneurysm. Berhalter is retarded.

lol, Santos starts Ronaldo and Felix over Leao. Two guys who've barely played for their clubs this year over a guy in top form. amazing

Pogba's witch doctor is in attendance. Here he is celebrating Ghana's equalizer

Edit: Portugal has scored 2 quick goals from open play. Penaldo's dive isn't the difference any more, at least for now

Weak, Penaldo's dive is now the difference in the game. You hate to see it
