Same thing happened to Zaha and Wan-Bissaka. Zaha had a terrible time at United, so much so the rumour going around for why he got sold so quickly was because he slept with the gaffer’s daughter. Wan-Bissaka was a machine at Palace too, no one could get passed him which is why United bought him. He’s not even in contention anymore and United are thinking of selling him back to Palace this window. United are a talent pit.
Tbf Wan-Bissaka, whilst great defensively, was atrocious attacking and at the highest level, you need your full-backs to be essentially as competent as midfielders. Why no-one could convert him to CB is a mystery, but he's not the quality needed for a CL club

I think things are heading back in the right direction at United.

- they've gotten rid of useless players like Jogba and Ronaldo.
- ETH actually has a style of play and doesn't let players like Rashford bitch him around so the culture is improving.
- Let's also not forget ETH has benched Maguire.
- the Glazers are selling.
- they are in decent form and currently ahead of more talented teams like Liverpool, Spurs and (to a lesser extent) Chelsea.

Speaking of Pogba, this nigga has not played one minute of competitive football since signing with Juve and he thinks it's a good idea to post photos from his ski resort holiday. Archive

"Don't worry guys, I'm just fucking around out here. Nothing bad will happen..." says the guy who was injured kicking a ball in training :story:

Hope he breaks his neck

Another Liverpool loss that Klopp tries to make an excuse for? Must be a Tuesday.

All of the sudden the top 4 looks pretty interesting

Chelsea v City - Jan 5
United v City - Jan 14
Arsenal v Spurs - Jan 15
Arsenal v United - Jan 22

I think City will be feeling the pressure having to go on the road to Chelsea and United back to back. Especially after drawing Everton at home. Obviously still plenty of season left but they can go from chasing Arsenal to keeping up with everyone else real quick.

Lukaku probably couldn't. Absolute smoothbrain
Did you see Lukaku's chimpout during the Milan derby when Zlatan told him "call your mother, and go do your voodoo shit". If you haven't, it's definitely worth checking out. It was during the covid season so Lukaku's tard rage is fully audible on account of the empty stadium. I gained a new respect for Ibra that day, he psychologically buck broke that nigga lol

If that happened in England, Zlatan would have been made to endure a public humiliation ritual to atone for his sins. Something like washing Lukaku’s feet on prime-time television while dressed in a dashiki and chanting that he loves watching interracial couples on Netflix.

Beckham's son ends up at Brentford B on loan with an option to buy.

It should be noted that David Beckham has only taken interest in Brentford, because of the various gentrification projects happening within the surrounding West London area. In other words; get in while it's cheap and build a vast business portfolio while praying your son is able to hack it for the Bees.

It looks like City buying Grealish for 100M has completely inflated the market for wingers. Shakhtar is asking for the same for Mudryk. Imagine thinking anyone would pay that lol :story:

It's funny how things have gone for that lad and his apparent value.

Brentford scouted him a few years ago. Bee's were rumoured to be offering at first around £10 million. Player was keen, especially due to the ongoing war but the Shakhtar wasn't. Over two transfer windows, Brentford would meet whatever estimation was put before them. Finally getting priced out at £35 million. Arsenal than latched onto Brentford's efforts and met the £35 million, only for it to inflate to £65 million to now £85 million in the span of a week.

Three transfer windows and here we are.

Edit: Also isn't Shakhtar's ownership somewhat shady like Nottingham Forests?

Federico Chiesa is finally back. He's the rare attacking player who is so good, not even a terrorist like Allergi can ruin him. He had a great assist off the bench today and for some reason Allegri started screaming at him like a spastic retard afterwards. It was so weird. They needed the goal for the result.

I wonder how long he'll put up with this shit, he could be a key player for any team in Europe. Yet he has to endure some donkey pointing in his face after he saves the game from ending in a scoreless draw. What a disaster.

wow just read part of the guy's wiki page. It doesn't get much shadier.

Can finally post again (fucking website problems)

Idk where to start but January transfer window fun.

Done deals (of note)

Gakpo was snatched by Liverpool under the empty pockets of United. The longtime United target was seen as an option to slot in over an injured Jota and Diaz so Liverpool went and bought him. Even the Liverpool owners know how to make their club look nicer to sell while United's owners are just bumbling idiots

Max Wober from Salzburg to Leeds. Since Leeds are known for their excellent defending, this center back should slot right in and maybe help them not concede 3 goals to win some games 4-3. They might start winning these close games 4-2 now

21 year old Kevin Schade is on loan from Freiburg to Brentford. No idea why the team sitting second in the Bundesliga are loaning out players but here we are

Daley Blind was unwanted at Ajax so will join the long list of dutch men who betrayed their country to the Germans, and signed with Bayern Munich on a free

A young and potential talented defender from France is joining Chelsea with Benoit Badiashile signing from Monaco. He will precede to do really well for a few games before getting hurt because that's what you do at Chelsea

Jack Butland went from Crystal Palace to United on loan. Will probably play when De Gea makes a mistake and then can return to Crystal palace over the summer while De Gea leaves United pissed off and United can have no solution at goalkeeper

Mislav Orsic was snatched up by Southampton. How the 30 year old wasn't pulled out of that slavic country is beyond me

Chelsea's owner Todd Boehly probably saw how Madrid were buying youngsters and transforming them so decided to buy Fofana from Molde and Andrey Santos from Vasco da Gama. He has no clue what to do next but he did it

Matheus Cunha seemed to slightly escape Atletico Madrid by going to Wolves. I know a few other teams were interested in him but Mendes demanded his club team that he totally doesn't own was in trouble so he sent this player that way

Interesting rumors to watch

Joao Felix is being offered as a loan, with the loan fee equal to that of a transfer. I think that takes Arsenal and United out of the fight but Chelsea are dumb enough to go for him and Boehly can learn about financial fair play rules

Enzo Fernandez transfer is going great from Benfica and Chelsea. The latest rumor I heard is that Chelsea were willing to pay more than what benfica wanted if they could pay in installment fees while Benfica wanted less but an up front payment. River Plate, who get a massive % of the transfer sell on, are looking on in disbelief as they won't be getting their money to somehow lose because they are Argentinian

Wow, Milan really blew it yesterday. Was watching pretty much the whole game but turned it off after they went up 2-0 late in the 2nd half.

Seems like a really boring transfer window so far.

Not enough players got injured during the WC.

But rumours are that the Saudi club where Ronaldo went to has now too many foreign players so they are going to send a guy to Besiktas Istanbul while Besiktas is in talkings with ManU over Wout Weghourst who is with Besiktas atm on loan from Burnley.

Imagine you have one of the best players in the world in your squad, it doesn't work out, he shits on your club in a public interview, you nulify his contract, let him go to a Saudi club for free and don't get 1 zillion oil money for the transfer and end up with 30 old guy from Netherland who got the boot from Wolfsburg and ended up in Burnley where he got loaned after 1 season.
