They named their own protest (or rather: crime spree) "welcome to hell". You couldn't make this shit up.

The mainstream news seem somewhat split: quite a few are rightfully shocked and outraged at the actions of antifa/black bloc, others are whining about the police. Perhaps the police could have dealt with them differently but to suggest that these particular types of leftwing protesters didn't come specifically to fuck shit up is insane.

This is how G20 always goes, unless you have a strong police presence that smacks the shit out of the protestors the second they try to start anything. I think it was Seattle where they did millions of dollars in damage to the area.

There's been a few peaceful ones, but they let the police loose to do their job.
