Seriously, it's not been officially cancelled. There's nothing on their Twitter, their Facebook, the Gathering's Facebook group, the Psychopathic Records blog, juggalonews.net, nor even the official Gathering website, which only just has that image at the top of this post.

Everything else on the planet's been cancelled, but not The Gathering. A true ninja fears no challenger. The Juggalos have stood up to many a fierce adversary in the past:

The lineup will probably suffer regardless. Hope no Juggalos were looking forward to Tech N9ne and Bone Thugs again this year. Those guys were there in 2019, surprisingly.
