Yeah this seems about right. My experience has been that you can avoid hearing people's shit opinions because they don't come up in the context of a medieval art, but if it ever does come up you may swiftly realize how many weirdos there are.

To give an example there are a few DSA types I know who are into it as a socially acceptable alternative to guns, and because they have mall cop syndrome and think knowing swordfighting makes them a badass. Also a lot of HEMA and LARP-type meetups (national ones) are hotbeds of degeneracy as bad as comic conventions.

I won't disagree with any of that. History fags are either some of the chillest and most well adjusted people ever or they're the biggest losers.

Those are the ones. You've also got "mojave red" "Uncle Cazador" who was ErikTheRed who reposted Punisher comics on /k/, that one black guy with a Galil whose trip I can't remember, some others.
Era of the unhelpful trips, they had gimmicks and that's about it.

ErikTheRed was cool, I enjoyed reading Punisher MAX on /k/. Any word on McNiggerator? I know he was at Bundy Ranch but after that he just kinda disappears.

Paul Harrel is just going to get a few more "Self Defense" notches in his guns if anyone tries to stop him.
 
I thought Paul was in eastern Washington but you are right, he's in Oregon. Still, I imagine Oregon will crank out some ban soon enough considering neighboring Washington and California both have bans now.

I'm pretty sure GarandThumb is an FFL, so the law won't affect his videos.

Russian FPS Russia has kept uploading videos, presumably recorded before the invasion. His most recent video is a shoutout to his telegram and informing everyone that he's headed to the fighting, supposedly to hand out supplies and document things.
I'm interested in what his position is in all of this. Hopefully I don't get blackbagged for joining his telegram.

What makes you believe he is an FFL? I don't think I've ever seen one of his videos where he claims that. He may work with people with a FFL but I don't think he has one.
