Everybody forgets the AK platform turned into a straight-pull bolt-action rifle when put through a milder version of that test, but it's not like Finland was bothered enough by it to drop the RK 62. The MCX might have many flaws, but Karl's (and Ian's, he's not off the hook here) mud tests aren't designed to be representative. They're designed to be visually dramatic and to favor extremely well-sealed actions, which may have their own issues that these tests don't display. They're like burying a Toyota Hilux up past the exhaust in dense mud and then being surprised the truck doesn't turn on anymore even though it's supposed to be "good off-road".

LOL, this sounds good until you realize that Phagan has never left his mom's house. He will turn 40 on June 3rd of this year and he still lives with his mother. He has never lived outside the Phoenix/Mesa area. Never left, never will.
The "ATF Informant" probably found out that he still had Spiderman bed set and his mom made him peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for his lunch and noped the fuck out. It is one thing to be an informant it is another thing entirely to be an informant against Norman Bates.

3319 E FAIRBROOK ST, MESA, AZ, 85213, USA - Owned by his father until his parents divorce in 2001. It was then owned by his mother and he lived with her until 2017.

6448 E Adobe Road, MESA, AZ 85205, USA - He has lived here since 2017 with his mother.

Fans of people are the dumbest group of individuals on the planet. You prove that point very well Archie. Phagan cannot even move out from his mother's home. Used a firearm for something more than a toy and MOVED THE FUCK OUT OF HIS MOMMA's HOUSE. Phagan is the last person who should ever talk about anything. He should invest in being an adult. His 72 year old mother will not last forever. Then what the fuck will Phagan do?

Do you honestly think the ATF would seriously honey pot this loser? Even the federal government cannot take someone like this seriously. He is acting like the ATF wanted to fuck him over like they did his boss at the time. His former boss made up a lot of stories just like Phagan does. Remember the whole Cavalry Arms story that the ATF raided them for no reason. Just to find out in the plea deal that Phagan's boss was turned in by salty as fuck gun owners.

Your public records searching sucks bro. But you not finding any of the exes I’ve lived with or former room mates to harass is probably a good thing.

Edit: Cav got fucked over by someone attempting to work off their own charges by being a CI. After 2 years of investigation and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent in defense the atf leveled dozens of charges. Most were easily defended. But it would have taken another few years and hundreds of thousands of dollars. Nealon took a plea agreement to sales to an out of state resident (the CI) and got 3 years probation and a $10,000 fine. He’s a felon and can’t own guns now. This is a choice many would make under the circumstances.

The government kept me from pursuing my own business ventures and caused me to waste a lot of money trying to. The situation made it difficult to find full time work for years. Combine this with an ex that was not healthy for me in a number of ways including financially and I was set back financially about a decade.

I have paid rent consistently everywhere I have lived for the past 20 years. Often times more than my fair share to support other people; family and significant others included.

between surviving federal investigations, managing new product developments, and managing a business, I think I do plenty of “adulting”

But I’m sure you’re a master of your craft with a hot trad wife and a bunch of kids and are the envy of everyone in your upper middle class suburban neighborhood. I surely don’t measure up just chugging along in my little industry trying to make products I believe in and enjoy using.
