How long before bubba overpressures them with retarded loads and start blowing up guns not designed for that? I can't wait for the gun rags to start calling it ".30 Scary".
I think its a little too long to chamber in an old French pistol.

I didn't mean that specifically, I'm secretly hoping for early .40 Glocks round two.
Oh probably pretty much as soon as somebody makes a glock kit or one of these new "notaglock" pistols for it. I expect it'll happen in a glock platform first because 30SC takes its own magazine and fuck loads of people already make glock mags.

Does Paul-senpai sometimes seem a bit defensive to you? Maybe it's just because so many "gun guys" are tryhard know-it-alls who want to one-up a respected guntuber. He could just be trying to preemptively avoid having to give another verbal asskicking like he did to Caleb of Gun Nuts Media.

I remember he deleted and re-did his presentation on switching from your rifle to your sidearm, because too many people were posting COD4 memes in the comments. He sounded genuinely MATI about that.

I get that COD isn't a place to get gun advice, but that seemed like a harsh response to people just shitposting.

He does seem to take internet commenters at face value a bit more than is prudent. Part of being a fair bit too self-serious I guess, but that persona is why I keep watching his stuff.

He also was pinning dumbass comments from retards, like one guy who accused him of shooting at another unseen target. Brad or whoever handles the youtube needs to step up the chaperoning of his social media experience.

Paul is far to big a boomer to be allowed near the internet. He needs someone standing between him and the firehose of bullshit that is the comment section on any even mildly controversial video.

Has Karl said anything about the scary rifle ban that's being pushed through? I have not seen many guntubers talk about it but the ones trying to scar stupid people to buy up shit.

I'm confident he will post his usual smug "the magachuds are mad about it, which means I like it!" take before too long.

I have no gripes with GarandThumb (or his much hotter wife #2) but him being used as PR for the M250 feels really weird. Like those shows back in the 00s on History Channel that were basically just PR efforts for the Army's newest toys, or shit defense companies were marketing to get the DoD to buy.

IDK, maybe I'm just a weirdo, but having the approved Sig employee coming out to 'help explain' since GarandThumb 'didn't use the M249 very much in the service' felt forced to me.

I think they've adopted the correct strategy of shilling it after winning contracts. And they certainly picked a guy with reach since enlistment is way down.
