I know, it's fucking weird. It's basically the new video games where it went from being a niche thing for turbo nerds into being something that's weird if you've never played one.

As for why Umamusume? It's the current FoTM and it just won the Mobile Game of The Year award. That game has gone rabidly viral and it hasn't even been released in English for a full twelve months yet. Which is made extra ironic because Umamusume is by far the least horny of the current crop of gachashit, with GFL2, Blue Archive, etc. being way more gooner friendly. AzurLane and Blue Archive are the worst in that regard since the creators actively promote hentai of their IPs.

The fanbase is fucking cancerous but the game itself is a largely inoffensive management type game where the player takes on the role of an athletics coach for a student athlete. There's nothing overtly sexual or suggestive in the game itself and the studio that makes it has gone on public record stating that they dislike pornographic content being made of the characters, flatly stated that none of the characters are lesbians, and that they forbid any officially licensed products of the game from making the characters lesbians.

Autistic details aside, we all know autism + anime + Discord = cutting your cock off(eventually). Richard already sounds like hes ready to join the 41% in most of the streams Ive watched, reminds me of Flamenco.

For FT it's the double edged sword of Discord dwellers feeding you news and guntube gossip. I wonder if any of these individuals were involved in running off his original co host with comments about his daughter.

Well and not only that but keep in mind that anyone under the age of 30 or so who is in this sphere is probably either an /ak/ oldhead or was just plain brought up with anime since it's been mainstream for over a decade at this point, so anyone on a firearms Discord is automatically going to be one of those guys.

I remember seeing someone claim that because the characters in Umamusume are based on real racing horses and the real life owners of those horses are usually wealthy and powerful businessmen, often with shady connections, a lot of hentai artists/companies are terrified of making porn of them. Not because of the usual copyright issues, but because they might get their hands chopped off by the Yakuza.

I've also seen that but I'm doubtful since it's not like there isn't porn out there, I think it's more that the devs don't want to lose the licenses to use the horse's name by pissing off the owners.
 
I remember someone telling me that you can pay in game to have them give a batch of hay to the real-life horse that each horsegirl in the game is based off of? So at least you're helping feed an animal I guess?

It also wasn't a feature in the game, it was just fans of that character in the game helping out the real life horse.

I don't really care much about guntubing degenerates, and originally joined the thread to talk about guntubers I do enjoy, who unfortunately do not come up much. I suppose I am part of that problem, since I don't rush here to post the latest Tools&Targets or Gunbelievable video every time they get posted, but mostly it's just the largely baseless gossip shit instead of actually interesting discussion most the time. I enjoy anime as entertainment, and while I don't play gacha games, I find it amusing how mainstream shit like the horse girl racing gambling simulator has become even amongst normalfags. I lurk this thread, but for a change something interesting came up so I commented.

Yeah, the cartoons are memetic drugs brainwashing me into being a tranny or whatever. The nineties called, they want your Satanic Panic faggotry sent back to them.

Something that happens sometimes when people get involved in a thread about something they hate is they disengage from the thing itself and end up just relying on the thread to get information. Sometimes, threads reach a critical mass where extremely few of the people in the thread actually follow the original thing, and so the rest of the posters just end up waiting around for someone else to look into the state of things to give them something to talk about. It seems to me that this thread and Karl’s are about at that stage. I haven’t watched anything from guntube (other than FW and C&Rsenal (love y’all btw)) in a while.
Either that, or the guntube sphere is just realy boring these days.

Guntube is just kinda like that though, once every one to two years you'll have an epic blowout that lasts for a few weeks/months and then the rest of the time is just waiting for these boring fucks to do something.
