Flandre finished his AK-12.
He says it shoots well but it seems the Russian government asked for something that's way too traditionalist and didn't let Kalashnikov deviate from the AK design. From a production standpoint it's archaic.

1911 Syndicate showed off a Perun X16 that had issues.
The operating system is a funky hybrid of "DI" and short stroke. The same manufacturer made an AK that demonstrates how it works, essentially the bolt rides on the outside of the piston that acts as a guide rod. The DI gas tube leads to an expansion chamber, and the gas forces the piston to short stroke the bolt. The piston rod is stopped at the rear but the bolt is free to slide all the way.

That's what I was thinking too. Imo, It's kinda weird to put a number to your kids in front of one woman when you're counting the kids you had with another woman in the number.

Well when you play up dad advice at the end of your videos I think he needs to project a certain family image. It would be weird to take some of that advice seriously knowing he left his wife for another woman.

I cannot stop laughing at this, he looks so miserable. It always ticked me to see anons whine on nu-/k/ about his divorce but this picture so clearly lays out why it was the right decision.
