after reading some posts on his facebook it will be years before he recovers a full range of motion, if at all. He is eldery so its possible he will never recover.

some of you may know that he has been in a court battle with his local zoning board over a private shooting range he built on his property in Rehmeyer hollow in North Hopewell township in York county Pennsylvania. apparently the zoning board determined that his private shooting range that only he uses is a commercial shooting range and cannot be operated. He had a gofundme for the lawsuit that raised a substantial amount of money and he dipped into his retirement for it as well. as far as i know it is going well but is going to be a long process. it'd be a cruel twist of fate to have him win his court battle and never be able to use the property again due to disability.

He is also a writer and has wrote several books under a pseudonym and was the black powder editor and monthly contributor to guns of the old west magazine. He has had articles in combat handguns magazine and black powder cartridge magazine.
