There are also plenty of guns that he should really revisit, because some his early videos were fucking rough, man.
And for his credit, he has done some that. But work remains to be done.

Also, there are like 100 different versions of AR-15 in use with modern militaries and government agencies. I'm sure he will eventually get to those. With a lot of the firearms, it's not about the mechanism. It's about the story behind the gun...

Off the top of my head here's some guns Ian hasn't covered:

  • Glocks, except for that weird German police one
  • Desert Eagle
  • Hi-Point
  • That M-14 copy that Ruger tried to make in the 80s. It even got reviewed or at least advertised in Soldier of Fortune
  • Sidewinder submachine gun from the 80s that was written about in the early 80s. The designer wanted to arm women and children with it to fight the Soviets after WWIII started.
There's also the small chance that the next ATF director won't be a retard and would let Ian into the ATF patent room. The last time anything in there was filmed was over 20 years ago for Tale of the Gun. I'm sure Ian would set up a sleeping bag and a piss jug and spend a week making dozens of videos.

I guess the gist of Pranka's argument was that Guntube is bad because training content isn't front and center as the most popular part of it, and that guys like Ben Stoeger should be the most popular and the most boosted because they're the best shooters and that literally nothing else matters.

He then talks about how he doesnt have to think about literally anything else because it's just his job to do every other part of what people were asking about. He doesn't need to learn about gear because he's used gear for 25 years, he doesn't need to recommend guns because people serious about shooting dont ask for recommendations. He can't even conceive that there's more to it than just shooting. Just a total retard.

There are plenty of common guns he hasn't covered, he's just waiting for something specific instead of covering AK-74 serial number 211442, M4A1 serial number 4122111, glock serial number 211111 etc. He has said he has a pretty good backstop if there is a sudden stoppage of regular filming.

A gross tranny
Not a Guntuber but we extensively compile information about gross trannies here on Kiwifarms and this tranny is big into guns (SOT/FFL with several MG's and invented his own proprietary cartridge). And seeing as how I (probably) already compiled his dox in the MRGT (the post of which is linked in the quote) I thought why not
He has since provided a pre-troonout comparison pic showcasing his Dax Herrera level 5head (Notice how is is trying and failing to conceal his rapidly worsening Norwood in a manner not dissimilar to how semi (in)famous Tranny "Euphori Tori" does.)

My all time favorite part was when Matt go so annoyed at drunk Hop that he basically gave him a veiled internet tough guy 'say it to my face motherfucker, and not online, and see what happens.'
Of the various bits of the stream that I saw, this was the second best moment. Pranka failing Hop's Voight-Kampff test was the best. Hop was just obnoxiously drunk and Pranka still let him get under his skin. Was a bit funny seeing Brass Facts constantly trying to tard-wrangle Hop. "Mute us, MUTE US, MUTE US!!!"

James Reeves of TFBTV now has a car channel
"How to buy cars straight from Japan", step 1, call up Hop and go 'bro, need you to do that 'speak Japanese and lived in Japan' thing for me'. (Unless James also speaks Japanese...)

I have not watched the stream and have no desire to. It sounds mega super gay and I only recognize like two of the people on it, neither of whom I have watched for years or even particularly liked to begin with.
It was gay and dumb and Hop asking the gwotboomer the Breakfast Question is really the highlight.

Ian probably did take a hit from not being allowed at Rock Island anymore
What happened with that again?
There are also plenty of guns that he should really revisit, because some his early videos were fucking rough, man.
Yep. He just redid the Spas-12. Remaking those videos gets him new views and more because he can just save the shooting of said gun to a different video so there’s two videos per gun right there.
Ian is 100% not running out of content.

RIA wanted him to promote specific guns and he refused.

He's also running with that shitty sweepstakes site and apparently giving away his own guns through it. While it's more high-dollar than the sweaty Tisas Karl was trying to give away I wonder what Ian's up to.

Ian probably did take a hit from not being allowed at Rock Island anymore, but he's not running out of guns anytime soon. You would see scaling down well ahead.

And there are plenty of topics to cover, even if the guns themselves are running out.
Yes, riveting content like the holsters of James Bond movies.

I'm not saying his content sucks now, but you can tell he is having trouble finding interesting things.

Ian published a book on Japanese wartime tobacco cigarette varuations and runs a channel with dozens of videos about homebuilt blowback sub guns.

He’s always liked promoting people’s weird fixations.
