I am dealing with the same thing in the South East corner of the state. Some of my neighbors have just started doing away with them quietly. I really try to get a good boy when it comes to Fish and Wildlife regulations, but these things will not leave my stuff alone. They've torn down two stands, a semi-permanent tent I had set up, tore the cover off my boat for seemingly no reason and have left fauns laying half alive on the game trail leading up from my house on two occasions. They also can't get enough of my trail cams. I'm probably a grand into replacing the cameras they rip down and walk off with. This was all in the last six months. It's kinda weird because before this year I really only had to deal with them getting in my trash every so often. Or trying to fuck with my freezers in my building.
All the old folks swear by pouring ammonia around places you don't want bears or coons to get near. I've never tried it myself. I've got a bear proof trash bin i put my bags in and don't put anything outside that might draw them in. KYFDW used to supply rubber bullets to people with problem bears but i don't know if they do that anymore.

I've loaded some 12 gauge black powder blanks to scare off wildlife. works fairly well but i fear they will get used to it. 110 grains of FFG BP with just a wad sealing the top.

I do have a bear proof bin now, but they still come down and investigate it. Actually moved it farther away from my actual house so they'd stop noseying around my porch when they'd come down to check out the garbage. I have access to rubber slugs and bean bags from my profession. Haven't had an occasion to use them though. At least not on bears. I may try the ammonia thing. Sounds easy enough.

Lexical, another one of the /k/ meetup trannies (albeit this one was allegedly banned from attending the meetups by Wirty, himself also a gross sodomite) claimed that if there was mass civil unrest to the point of Yugoslav breakup civil war he would boil trashbags to extract the estrogen and inject that.
They are genuinely that deranged, I can only hope the 51% claims him before he snaps and tries to do a mass shooting, or an ICE ambush.
You should've been there when moron started a fight in the NF discord for admitting to grooming their underage cousin and got themselves removed from NF for it. I wish I had the screencaps, but alas, didn't think to record it in the moment.

(Also hello, I'm back and lurking.)

The Brainchild of Brandon Herrera, the AK-50, Recently made it's video game Debut in popular extraction shooter, Escape From Tarkov.

It is also going to added to massively popular Arma Reforger Milsim mod "WCS" (and might have already been in some capacity based on some YouTube videos?)

Just how many tweenage boys are going to learn of Mr. Herrera through their favorite twitch streamer? We'll have to wait and see.

I think I could listen to him talk for hours. That one vid where he talked about some of the buffalo he killed over in Africa was great.

Per his wife(attorney, worked in the DA's office) shooting a bear will get you scrutinized more than anything.
Her specific words were something to the effect of "They gather more evidence for a bear, than they do a rape." Which frankly didn't strike me as all that shocking. I assume its much easier to prove a rape than it is to prove you shot a bear out in the middle of nowhere with no witnesses. At the very least most people don't leave their DNA inside a bear, but a rapist on the other hand.

I don't blame him for rubbing it in.
You just have to love the man. No nonsense.

There is a hunting season but the regs are so tight that it's impossible to meet them all. The state considers a bear with any non-natural food in it's digestive system to have been baited, and bear hunting with the aid of bait is illegal. since the vast majority of bears here get the majority or all of their nutrition from scavenging food from dumpsters its almost impossible to legally hunt a bear.
So a bear raids a neighbors trash can, eats the thrown out food, and then you shoot it on your property the next day, that's illegal? Like how do they expect people to hunt bears? This is like saying you can't hunt whitetail cause they ate some corn out of a farmer's field.

There is no risk of over hunting black bear here. they have no natural predators, and most hunters here do not have the time or funds to properly hunt one. A proper bear hunt takes a team of hounds and a team of trackers and you'll cover many a mile to get one.
You can't tell me no one has figured that blueberry bushes don't exist. I don't if KY is far enough north, but some places you can pick blueberries as late as October. Which googling tells me is bear season in KY.

I think in a lot of state shooting a bear would legitimately be investigated harder than if you shot a crackhead. I'd be pretty hard pressed to report shooting a bear or mountain lion in self defense if I thought I could get away with just never mentioning it to anybody.
Well bears are worth more than the average crackhead. They don't break into people's home and steal shit for one. For two, you don't have to worry about them raping your daughter, wife, or mother.

basically if the green-jeans want to get you they can. its all up to officer discretion, and we all know how cops can be.

The state use to have the same rule for turkey: No corn in the stomach, no hunting near "bait". they used to get people all the time over that. determination of legality of the kill was up to officer discretion. so if he don't like you you're fucked. IIRC it took a court ruling to stop that back in the 90s.

The state has to come to it's senses on Bears. They aren't endangered, and there are not enough hunters to put a dent in the population, and they only give you 3 days to track one down. Really the only place I'd feel legally secure in hunting one is on black mountain. few people live up there so you could be pretty sure it would come up clean if you were inspected. Pine mountain would be a great Bear hunting location but its outright banned there.

right now there are more than a few people who just shoot the damn things and don't tell anyone. Attitudes have soured so much now that some are willing to admit it - and if it was far enough in the past the game wardens won't ever find any proof. I was told to gut shoot the bears by one old boy. He they'll run up in some thicket no one can get into and die there.

Blueberry bush locations are usually a well kept secret. people here still like to pick them- and the bears do eat them, but digging in the trash is a lot easier for them.

Remember how they insisted that the KP-15 had to have a fixed stock because standard shaped polymer lowers cracked at the buffer tube?

Guess what Phagan is selling now:

The KP-15 Side Folder is made from the standard KP-15 lower, by post machining operations that remove the buttstock and allow the attachment of an aluminum picatinny block with QD socket.

I mean it's not exactly contradicting what they said earlier. This is meant for uppers with no buffer, they have reinforced the area where the folding stock attaches to. Not the same as with an AR-15. Seems stupid expensive for what it is though.

I get it, but to be fair it being for AR-18 style uppers means that it has all the extra material in the area where the buffer tube threads would be.
That's an aluminum insert, not an integral part of the lower.

Guess what a buffer tube is?

It's literally the same part, just with the stock cut off:

There is no way that that cheapskate invested in new molds judging by how much he complained about how long the original ones took to pay off.

An eight hundred dollar pre-order for something with an either-or compatibility option? What kind of retard pays that much money instead of just punching himself in the balls?
You could build an entire lightweight rifle with that money.

they only sell it with a FCG installed. The cheapest one is like 325 with a mil spec FCG. The regular upper with that option is 199. Still too much but doesn't feel as crazy.
That's still ridiculous, you could buy a buffer tower plug for a standard lower and still be in for less than a hundred.

GarandThumb is not having a great week so far and may be spiraling. While he's probably a massive creep on his own time it's still rough to watch.
It started with him speaking out about the US alliance with Israel and how nobody particularly supports it-

However, he still got bodied in dramatic fashion.

And now he is sad.
