  • The Kiwi Farms was targeted with a historic DDoS attack last week. Confirmed reports of 2.8Tbps on an individual provider, topping 4.8Tbps when known volumes are added together, and possibly up to 8Tbps if the attacker is believed. This is the third of fourth largest recorded.

FRTs are gay and shitty, but night vision devices and lasers are absolutely necessary for my job. If you aren’t making a profit using your gear, it’s probably not actually worth the cost, and your home defense setup is likely more than enough.

The man who does not budget his pay to include gas and ammo costs is bitchmade and NGMI. Especially if they routinely go out in the hills and shoot trash from a distance.

As an aside, Guntubers have been complaining about acquiring ammunition for over a decade now and I can't count the "reviews" I've seen where they only have an odd number of rounds, usually a quarter of a box, to fire. I'm guessing that's just baiting the hook for ammo sponsorships like Federal because getting ammo is half the preparation for a range trip.

FRTs are peak consumerism at this point, even if I do think they're pretty neat. It just makes you realize how much money people can burn on ammunition without visibly flinching.
 

Trench continues to talk about my beloved Slav shit and I take it personally. Actually there's not a lot to talk about on this one cause he doesn't say much. He just refers to his WASRs as " a vibe" multiple times and that's about it. I did realize his camera woman who he refers to as "Nighthawk" is his wife, who he let's talk a little but during this video.

I'd assume they're a bunch of hatewatchers at this point just doing it for a laugh. It's amazing how this fucking guy is still crying about shit he didn't experience, a community he wants to exist that doesn't want him in it, and just AKs in general.
 
Speaking of AK’s I just realized that I hadn’t seen a video from AKOU in months, looks like the channel is pretty much dead now and Rob kept getting fucked over my YouTube. Kind of sad as he had some really good videos back in the day.

Why even complain about the quality of something that you can't even find on the market to buy? I haven't seen a KAC rifle on an online retailer since 2020.

KAC has shrunk the size of their production facility and subleased out parts of it to other businesses. I think the days of production overrun KAC rifles and parts are over.

I set myself up for this one. I meant brand new or reasonably used. I got interested in guns when you had ARFCOM hyping KAC up as the pinnacle of ARs and you could still find them through retailers, so I'll forever associate KAC with that mindset.

You could complain about Sig 5XX series rifles or genuine HK roller delayed rifles costing a lot for what they are but they aren't being made anymore and the used market turns into a collector market.

Granted, those prices are bullshit for an AR-15/SR-25 with a lot of manufacturers making very similar rifles out there but never underestimate the sheer stupidity GWOT collectors and cloners. Again, I just don't see why one would waste their breath complaining about unobtainable weapons. It would be like complaining about the quality of a Delorean and getting mad at collectors for wanting them.

Hotter take: They actually don't, or at least they are on equal usage. Back in highschool I'd go to the local paintball field and they'd host "skirmish" games for airsoft that are basically just irl csgo matches but even less organized and with team sizes way to large. Most people wouldn't even kneel in the dirt they'd just stand behind anything that looked vaguely big enough to work as cover and I distinctly remember some kid getting mad because leftover paint on one of the buildings smeared off onto his crye g3s and he legit almost threw a tantrum. I can count the number of times I saw an airshitter go into the prone, even at MSW, on one hand.

The couple times I watched trench it was the most annoying thing "Hey guys, this 5k round burndown is expensive so please subscribe to my patreon or else I cannot afford both tren and ammo and will have to quit" it goes the same for any other channels, endless bitching about how expensive it is to produce these "high quality me shooting on a flat range and talking about the gun" videos because ammo is just so expensive, can't do high round count reviews anymore ammo too spendy! Then their next video is "look I bought a new gun!"
