He hasn't posted anything on his Vintage Rifle Shooter's Club channel in seven months and that channel was pretty safe, by YT standards, when it came to the videos. I hope he and the family are alright.

Didn't the marines already switch to digicam marpat by that point? I wouldn't be surprised if shit was a mismatched mess for a while though. I didn't enlist, so I'm not going to shit on him for military LARPing(as far as I know he did serve, and was never called out for BS'ng about it), but just looking through his thumbnails he's wearing all sorts of random shit as some sort of attempting at being an appeal to authority maybe?
But if you compare it to his thumbnails before trying to re-launch his channel, it's an intentional difference.

If he did civil air patrol prior to enlistment at roughly that age bracket it would have been military surplus BDU's. I'm slightly younger than that and there were BDU'd and left over national guard MRE's in black rubber packages.

Civil Air Patrol does not wear "US ARMY" name tapes, lmao. I was participating in a National Guard Explorer post around 9/11, they, and by extension us, still all had BDUs.

I'm gonna be honest here, I know exactly why Fenix got banned. During the height of Massie's re-election campaign, he started acting like a sub-groyper sperg towards anti-Massie posters. He'd routinely break character to just spam shit like "lol shut the fuck up you fucking faggot" and similar to every anti-Massie post with over a 1000 likes he could find. IDK what broke his brain during this period...I've been following Fenix for years (ever since he got in hot water for printing twitter users and politicians on ammo bags), and generally like his normal shitposty persona, but when he started acting like this, I genuinely thought his account got hacked or something. I've only shot like 1K of 9 and 250 5.56 reman years ago but with a SERIOUS stuck round in a Glock and some duds and a couple duds in an AR it was no longer as good a deal and just shitty weak ammo. 300blk reman is probably the worst as I know somebody who got 2 stuck bullets from 500 rounds and a handful with sideways primers or bullets that fall out/way too deeply seated.
