Based on Jackler denying it I don't think it's real. I'm not aware of Katastrophic Kreations being a member of ghost's inner circle, he is a Radio Grafitti splicer I'm pretty sure. I could ask around about his being in the inner circle or thunderdome (these are pay to access chats on matrix because ghost is a wheelchair jew).

Another note is that in the Ghost lore, "Troll War" has a lot of gravity to it as Ghost and his fans had a period of time they called the troll war where many doxes were spread and many people left the internets. If a real troll war were declared again I think we would see Ghost being a vocal part of it.
