Helldivers 2 - Hell is more diverse than ever as PlayStation's demographics continue to grow and change.

Because that's how it's set up? Steam will default to the top sub-forum when you click on discussions, there's nothing suspicious about that.
I never said it was suspicious, I said when I click on "discussions" for any other game it doesn't take me to a completely locked part of the boards first, there might be locked threads in the main discussion board but it doesn't start you with nothing to look at.
They always look more like this

I think it's like Asian Tech Support said, they want to funnel you into the tranny discord server.

Sure maybe, but it isn't unheard of. Total War: WARHAMMER III and Don't Starve Together do the same thing, it just depends on if the devs took the time to set up the Community and if they did what order they placed things.
For anyone curious, the Helldivers discussion tab has been setup like that since at least Feb 17th, so it isn't a recent change.
I'm not denying that, I'm just saying it's gay and confusing for anyone unfamiliar with the steam forums, which I'd imagine most are because they're shit. It got @Hiphopopotamus. The very first post is to their official discord; they clearly want the discussion to happen there.

What's funny about all of this is that Helldivers 2 on Steam has more players and makes more money than Helldivers 2 on PS5. If it wasn't for the Steam players, HD2 would have been a bomb.

Now Sony, who are totally not retards, are going to kill the golden goose, just so they can ban you for saying faggot when pride month rolls around. They're doing this because they are totally not retarded at all.

Sorry to burst your bubble review bombing bros. But Sony will just ask Valve nicely to label all the reviews in this time period as off topic so they don't contribute to the review score.
Same thing happened with War Thunder a year ago where they had their own legitimate sperg out and even though Valve and Gaijin are not on the best of terms they still got that.
A fun contrast though is with the exception of like some Jew Tubers nobody was going to bat for Gaijin. Sony has better fanboys or a larger shill fund.

Redditor got a refund with a single sentence.
This right here. Called it. Just be simple and direct. Inform Valve that Sony has unilaterally altered the legal contract to play the game and you are refusing to sign the new agreement. The amount of Crap both Valve and Sony could catch by trying to fight that one salutary point is way more then the cost of just giving you your money back.

Cross-posting from the sony hate-thread as it's currently covering this game's issues.

TL;DR they're using the negative reviews as ammo to mount up and ride on Sony for this.

Not the win Reddit thinks this is. The devs are upset about this change too and are forwarding the complaints to Sony, yes, but the point of contention is solely on some countries being unable to make a PSN account, not on the fact it's being made mandatory.

Their goal is not to remove this requirement but to find a workaround for people in blocked countries to get a PSN account. Which is still fucked.

My biggest concern is that what's being used as the driving force for this movement and whats ultimately convincing the normies to get on board isn't the fact that we're being forced to sign a shady TOS to continue playing a game we already payed for because Soyny wants to siphon our data like the vampires that they are- but rather that some people are being blocked from this option. When the devs find a solution the bulk of this movement is probably gonna die off and the remnants will be met with smug redditors saying dumb shit like "So what? All you have to do is make a PSN account lmao, just register"

Thus the status quo will remain.

They probably did this just so that the out of touch Japanese boomers that run the company can show to shareholders how many people joined PlayStation Network.
Yeah. It's kinda obvious that after the initial sign-ups didnt' work, the dev didn't try to remind players about it every time the game is launched as they knew players won't like that. Now that the playerbase is stabilized, Sony think it's safe to enforce the decision. HD2 being a runaway hit means even if say 50% of players are pissed off, the remaining is still a plus for PSN numbers. And when the game releases new factions and hype stratagems, a chunk of the boycotters will crawl back anyways.

You can turn filtering them off most people do

Been lurking the HD discord and it's absolute bedlam in there.
The mod and CM staff are completely hands-off as retards organize raids on sony comms channels.
This is the type of asshat behavior that would get you banned from most alt-chans .

Aside from that, it looks like the information dam has broken on refunds as people refund their games and list their teams' destroyer names as decommed.

I despise what's going on but the dev team have made it known through public channels they are working trying to fix it.
This is like a nigger mugger shooting the guy as he's handing over his wallet.
