Game runs pretty good for me, a couple of crashes, very occasional stutter.
Same here.
Never had a single issue with efficiency.
I frame-limit it to my refresh rate at 4k.
my system barely sweats.
FFXIV puts it under more load.

I don't get these claims of needing to contact valve to just track player accounts, anyone can get steamid of the people in the multiplayer session with you as long as the game uses steamworks, mods that inject into the program can do it, the developer even more so.
Anytime someone pulls out that tired argument that they CANT use Valve's UUID for whatever reason, you can safely dismiss their spiel as something said out of ignorance at best, malice at worst. There's literally no reason you cannot just use the UUID Valve gives for every account every made for your own purpose.

This game is so, SO lucky it's good.
Don't worry about that cause even before the PS shittery, the game was trying to rectify the mistake of being fun by nerfing every gun to oblivion, & by proxy, buffing almost every enemy in the game.

really, think about it, if the PSN requirement would've been in from day one, none of this shit would've happened. arrowhead fucking it up, then sitting on it for months, only to go "poor us, sony bad" is the real cause of this shithow, not sony.
I can't be the only autistic retard who only gave the game a chance because I was told PSN would not be required. If it'd been in there from the start, I'd have avoided this game like the fucking plague.
 
I haven't tried the Arc Thrower support weapon against them, I suspect it's not that great, but I swear by Arc-12.

The arc thrower is just better, longer range, more damage, and the Blitzer is there for when you want to pick a different support weapon for team balance.
Why would the Blitzer be good against bugs but not the arc thrower?

I'd love to say this change is going to make it eat chargers for breakfast but I'm unsure how much work the shrapnel was putting in. Going off of the rest of the somewhat recent balance changes, it's probably a nerf lmao.
 
Flamethrower melts chargers even faster now, and you can now spread it on the ground as a impromptu fire-wall defense

Also the napalm strike is great, and the incendiary mines are pretty good now. The small enemies that trigger the mines can cause the fire burst to hit medium-sized bugs to get melted with the DoT. Best update so far.

Man, I already gotta do charge up times with the Sickle and Quasar, I do not want one on a bug weapon. The Blitzer is good because of its rate of fire and its ability to prevent breaches even after detection, basically no one liked it when it was 30 shots per minute but it actually sees use now.

Arc Thrower is a gimmick; I've seen no one take a stratagem for it and everyone that is talking on mic is audibly disappointed when they find one on the map. I tried it 2 or 3 times, it was okay on bots by being able to take out chickenwalkers from the front, but it was not worth taking over Quasar.
