Fuckin game just crashed right before Pelican landed. I ain't replaying that whole mission so I suppose I'm done for the night
 
I ran some 7/8 on the order planets last night. The bugroach is easy enough to deal with if you have the haji armor and orbital precision strike.

When the bug is orbiting prep the precision strike.

When the bug strafes you dive to the ground, even if the roach blast hits you the acid/fire negation will make it minimal damage. Then lay on your stomach and toss the stratagem. The orbital cannon will target the roach while it's in hover and one shot it

This exact reason is why some people just perma-run that one armour passive that reduces limb damage.
 
All this bug killing makes me want an Aliens crossover warbond. Imagine a smartgun Straragem.

It's amazing how fucking worthless armor is in this game and how one of these little faggot anklebiter enemies can do one hit crippling damage almost every time.

Yeah, heavy armor also on higher difficulties doesn't seem to be worth it at all unless you bring the warp pack to makeup for your slow movement speed.

I normally like to run difficulty 7/8, but I have to either jump up to 10 or down to like 6 because I'm fairly certain the amount of braindead retards I encounter at 7/8 is giving me an ulcer. Most of them cannot puzzle out basic game mechanics like running from bug breaches or not running at red calldowns. I've started bringing the tesla tower just so I can have some catharsis when they inevitably run at the glowing pole like the fucking moths they are.

I love the smartgun but I want the pulse carbine sound and feel from AvP more. Same for the smartgun sound and feel.

That game is on steam and runs on win11 and it's still the best. That game was both hardcore and decades before its time.

I've been doing 5s when my regular crew isn't on and one of them the two level 15-30 level players I landed with did not understand that they need to use the consoles. I'm standing there ready to unlock the latches on the silo, kill a bug breach, walk up to the console and find the guy just standing there.

2 missed pride months, telling the community manager at launch to shut the fuck up, and now not condoning Charlie Kirk's Murderer and assassination (on reddit). I'm still seeing gravedancers in the steam discussions, but imagine giving a fuck about reddit or steam game forums. It's one thread anyway.

I'm proud of them, don't regret giving them extra money for super credits, and atleast I can still kill teamkill trannies and throw their samples out of bounds if I really want to.

Does the game have a ban system if I say slurs or gamerwords? I never tried it out and now I want to annoy teammates and console peasants by saying "tranny."

I risk pulling a Wings of Redemption every time one of those tiny bugs nibbles my ankle and my arm gets crippled.
 
I ragequit-and-uninstalled the game a couple days ago after one crash too many on the bug front. I think the dragonroaches really needed more time in the oven.

And THEEEEEEEN a Helldivers 2 player goes and kills a man in front of their wife and child.

God steers me away from trouble in mysterious ways.

The claim being circulated by journalists is that's where, "hey fascist, catch this," comes from. It's apparently a line of dialogue said after using that specific code.

Since people in this thread have likely tested that at some point presumably they can confirm?
