Write an algorithm that compares everyone's avatars to anime database and flags them as anime. Make an option to hide every post of users that have the anime flag. Feature mockup:

And then create a GUI interface using Visual Basic. See if you can track an IP address.

What I suggested is already done, only the database isn't complete. It doesn't have to be anywhere near as accurate as CP detection, a death panel of jannies can sort out all the butt hurt and false flags.

Hey, don't forget to not link actual CP to the chat or well, anywhere else on the internet. I don't know what they call the 4chan Party Van in Spain but I'm sure it has to do something with the Spanish Inquisition.
