Circa 2010, the attached video was posted to a proto-KF forum where threads highlighting lolcow media were regularly published with minimal context or elaboration (typically for the sake of spurring discussion of a WTF nature, rather than for journalistic reasons). At the time, I saved the video because I hoped to stumble upon some explanation as to why the hell it had been produced in the first place. To date, I can only speculate:
Apparently, James Harris was some North American Youtube vlogger or gamer active in the late '00s, he had a distinctive speech impediment and laugh, claimed to be a trans woman named "Jenny" while making no attempt to present as anything but male, and was (allegedly) a homosexual pedophile who had previously claimed to have a fetish for consuming infant feces.
The video (a voiceover by an unknown male impersonating Harris admitting to various, horrific acts which include being a juggalo with a "deviated dick", done over various vlog screencaps) seems to have been produced by a vindictive individual attempting Personal Army faggotry against Harris. The Windows Movie Maker artifacts suggest this was hosted on Youtube, with the repeated emphasis of Mr. Harris' alleged proclivities suggesting this was intended to be linked in a post on 4chan or another community with a reputation for harassing individuals accused of pedophilia.
Beyond the Video Download Helper watermarks over frames which were presumably taken from archived Youtube videos originally uploaded by Harris himself, I can't pin the era of this video's production down to a time more specific than the late '00s. Every few years, I rediscover this video on external storage, search for a terrible assortment of terms associated with the video's subject matter, and come away having turned up nothing (aside from british schizocow Richard James Harris, the deceased wrestler Kamala, and other losers with Youtube channels who don't resemble the thing in the caps in either appearance or speech).
So I present it here, in the hope that others are at least made aware of this "baby shid" insanity.
