How can India and China be manipulated into nuking each other?

China's population is declining. All India has to do is wait them out and then they can make China India. Just flood the country with their population. It's what China did with Tibet. It's what Mexico is doing with the US. Making California and parts of the Southwest Mexico again.
 
We tell China that India wants Tibet and we tell India that they eat and rape holy cows in China. Boom!, nuclear war.
 
Sneak to the Chinese/Indian border and shoot a Chinese soldier. Upon seeing that the soldier was killed with a gun rather than a stick, China will have no choice but to declare war.
 
Tell India that China plans to invade and force mandatory use of indoor toilets.

Because China constantly tries to violate my national sovereignty and my rights as an individual through censoring Americans (through their money), saber-rattling, building their extraterritorial police departments. Because China is an abomination of a culture that should have died in the Middle Ages.
