How can someone tell something is autistic or not?

Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve been randomly seeing posts that are being liked as “autistic” and it’s not even that bad. It’s just basic shitposting 101, if that makes sense.

Can someone help me on this, so I can protect myself in the future?

If you're being serious and this thread isn't just a shitpost to farm autistic ratings (well done by the way) the ratings should be self explanatory. If someone is acting like a sperg, they get rated autistic. There's really no clearer way to explain it.
