I know my primary learning method is visual. Like I'll remember written numbers but won't be able to remember or even make sense of it if spoken and I lose track.

But context is also a big thing for me when it comes to memory. I'll remember what I was doing when I or someone did or say something if I thought it was important at the time.

Most of my memories trigger a visual representation in my mind. Even if it's just a quote or a number.

What about you?

Going to Hiroshima reminds me of the atomic bomb that dropped there that I seen in films and documentaries. It's a very important moment of my life.

I have lived in the same city since 2001 so a lot of places bring back memories. Especially places I never went to in a long time.

Depends, but if they do it can be very intense.

My problem are intrusive thoughts specially when it comes to people's faces, I don't particularly want to remember them, but I do nonetheless, including if it's someone new I meet. And then sometimes I go full AI and put their face in several expressions as how they would supposedly look like, if doing that expression IRL.

However I'm getting better at that, I'm becoming smerter you see.

Never really thought much about it.
When it comes to remembering technical things I mostly end up remembering the process that is used to derive them and then just redo them when I need those things, which often leads to reusing other processes that I already know. So in a way its a method born of my laziness and not wanting to remember specific facts or numbers most of the time. I suppose you could call that somewhat visual?🤷‍♂️
