Step 1: eliminate dihydrogen monoxide from your diet. It's in nearly everything they want you to eat and drink, while being responsible for scores of deaths annually as well as being a fire suppressant and, in solid form, a coolant.

Step 2: wait 3-4 days, and the problem will take care of itself. There will be signs of withdrawal (in addition to everything else, it's addictive), but power through it. You'll never have to worry about another chemical again
